Worst company ever literally every night the Internet crashes and I'm sick of tired of it going so slow I'm paying more money than someone else who pays for charter spectrum and yet they get so much better service and Internet connection I'm dropping Merrimac as a provider waste of money worst company ever

Have been contacting them for over a year to get internet service and keep getting told they don't service my house. Funny thing is they provide service to the business on either side of me.

EVERY time we have any kind of an issue, I am able to call, talk to a REAL person, and get fast results. Terrific service!

absolutely useless! you are better off with dial up than this service. the offer high speed internet but you don't get anywhere close to what you pay for and the service disconnects frequently. the customer service is the worst. it took weeks for a technician to come look at my internet and he did nothing. 3 tecs and months later my service was no better.

Great ice cream, beautiful location, free Ferry, great people. What's not too love.

I agree with the other review. Can't wait to get rid of Merrimac. Have called several times because internet stops working out of no where. Merrimac suggests to upgrade to the better mpbs but why would I give the company more money when one single device doesn't work on the current plan.

Service is in person and the business is small, so you work with someone actually on site, not a call or service center.

Always leaving before they r closed. They r never there till 7 they always leave early.

Update 7/19/2019 - they were acquired by TDS. No idea how to get support as their phone number is disconnected and TDS has no record of the account. What a terrible transition. Too bad, we really liked Merrimac Communications.

Have been pleased with the speed and pricing. When there were internet issues in our area, one of their techs was at our house before we even knew there was a problem.
