I see Dr. Subhan (now with Covid, it's via phone) and have been seeing him for too many years to count. I have never had a bad experience with him, I tell him everything that's going on in my life he listens carefully he will offer a suggestion and that is something that I work on to help myself stay healthy mentally and so that I can continue to interact with family and friends without the anxiety that normally controls my life. It took almost 2 years to get my medications to the right levels for me, which may not be right for everyone else, but it works for me and if I had to leave Dr saban for another doctor I'm not sure how I would react at all. And out of all of these years I have only had two experiences that were bad with the front office ladies and everybody has a bad day once in awhile so if from 2008 to 2020 I have only had maybe two experiences that were somewhat negative, I think that's pretty good for any doctor's office, and I have never had a bad reaction at all with Dr saban. I will continue going to meridian services in Muncie for as long as I am able to .

Called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and very unhelpful. For people scared to talk to doctors and scared to make appointments as is. People like this make me worry about getting appropriate care

I was really looking forward to getting in to the primary care physician here. When I showed up at my appointment, they told it they had cancelled it because I didn t call to confirm I was coming. When I checked the voicemail they sent me, they never once requested I call to confirm, only to cancel. They called me two hours before my appointment and left NO voicemail so I left work early and drive 40 minutes for nothing when they could have told me they cancelled it. Very unprofessional. I m planning to go somewhere with better communication.

I had an appointment on 12/16/20 had to be rescheduled to the 17th i arrived on time and was told that my provider wasn't in I rescheduled yet again for this past Monday i arrived on time my provider didnt take time to refilled my meds i called once on Monday, again yesterday l, and today
I called their main office to report meridian md all the secretary told me was to hold

Wife s behavioral health treatment went fine until it was time to be referred to the psychiatrist. The therapist closed the chart and left Meridian. Now they expect her to either start all over or to get a referral from her PCP. This is why the mental health crisis exists.

Scheduled appointment 3 different times. Every time, the person at the front desk is extremely rude & unhelpful. Continuously typing & refusing to acknowledge the line waiting. Very rude tone of voice when trying to get basic information about the appointment. This is a very unprofessional front desk staff.

Refuses to see patients in person to help with mental health issues that are increased due to isolation of the youth in today's environment. I would not recommend this location for anyone that needs any mental health diagnostic capabilities as those are greatly reduced via video chat as you are not able to pick up on normal visual ques from the patient.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. First off, whoever answers the phones are very rude, tried setting up multiple appointments, they were confirming times and I asked them to hold on so I could look at my calendar and they kept hanging up. When I would call back they were always very rude. All the ladies are RUDE, if I forgot to mention. If you want to go somewhere where you feel welcomed and taken good care of do not go here!
