Aaron has been servicing our home and it's plumbing needs for a few years. He is professional, courteous, and friendly and it is always a pleasure to see him.

Mike was also here today for an inspection of our furnace/air conditioner. He, too, was professional and friendly. I have full confidence in the Meridian Company and the attention they give their customers. Thank you!

The Meredian Company has completed several projects for me including countertops, HVAC, Furnace and AC installation, Plumbing and Electrical Work. They have become my trusted home maintenance team - they are professional, technicians are courteous and take special care of my home. The Meredian Company may be a little pricier than other companies but they show up on time, do an excellent job and back up their work. I would highly recommend The Meredian Company.

Do not consider The Meridian Company for any of your plumbing needs. They did not honor the scheduled time, were not prepared to do the work involved, and when I received the estimate it was for something completely different than what was discussed in our home. If you are not a big contractor asking for big work, they do not have the courage to tell you that they do not want your business.

I had a replacement for my sump pump (with back-up battery sump pump, correction of some previous plumbing work that someone else performed, humidifier put in and a furnace inspection performed. Everyone was quick, on-time, polite and great service. I would highly recommend Meridian Company again.

I have done business with Meridian for the past 8 years and remain a loyal customer because of their friendly and professional staff and commitment to customer satisfaction. All the of HVAC and plumbing systems in my old (1973) home have been replaced and maintained by Meridian. all these reasons I rate Meridian Co a 5.0!

We contacted Meridian Plumbing to have our kitchen faucet and hot water heater replaced. Their Master Tech., Aaron VanHalst showed up promptly and provided a very professional and efficient process in a timely manner. I was most impressed how he took the time to explain what, why and how each step was accomplished, and what we would expect. He was most thorough and competent in every respect, and wouldn't hesitate to call upon him again should the occasion arise. In fact, we are going to have him return to replace our bathroom fixtures after we decide which models we intend to have installed.

We had excellent service from Aaron the last two times we have needed plumbing services - A new Laundry Tub in our basement and he also did the plumbing in our recently remodeled kitchen. It is always a joy to have the professional, honest and considerate services The Meridian Company provides !

Unfortunately, I have had some unusual mishaps related to plumbing--water heater died the night before Thanksgiving, a pipe improperly installed by the builder came loose, etc. I am very grateful for the quick response from Meridian and, more importantly, the actual relationship I have developed with Aaron--who is like my personal plumber. I have learned so, so much about my own house by walking around with Aaron and asking questions. When he identifies issues, there is no pressure--just an assessment of how long before the problem may become serious and a very precise estimate of the cost of repair. My wife also had Meridian renovate one bathroom and was very pleased with the result. I give Meridian high marks for every visit over quite a number of years.

Very dishonest and pricy company. Had a toilet dripping water and the technician Dale came by and determined the whole toilet needs to be replaced for $727. Decided not to go with this and asked second opinion and got the problem fixed with $70 bucks. Meridian Plumbing still charged me dispatch fee of $55 dollars even though I bought their one year plan to waive the fee and because I decided not to be cheated by them (if I went with the $727 fix, the will waive the $55 dispatch fee). You came here try to trick me and I still need to pay for your dishonest estimate? Worst plumber I've ever had. Honesty and code of ethics is the most important thing for a plumbing company.

Kyle from the Meridian Company installed a new Bathroom Ceiling Fan, replaced the Anode Rod in the Hot Water Heater and flushed it clean. He also had salt delivered for the Water Softener. The work was done on time and efficiently. The work area was left clean. I have done business with this firm for many years, always great products and service!

Had Aaron come out to the house to take a look at a few issues we had at the house. He was very clear in explaining what issues were at hand and what it would take to fix them. He was very upfront that he would get us an estimate for everything individually so we could then decide without any pressure what we may want to do. After we chose, he quite quickly fixed our issue completely. Loved the service and his willingness to help and give advice on how to help ourselves a little in the future.

The Meridian Company does high quality work. They remodeled my walk in shower faster than estimated. They put down floor protectors and cleaned up each day so there was no disruption in the rest of the house. They were so quiet my infant son was able to sleep in the next room. They were so sweet that they tackled some additional drywall lumps and bumps in the room. Excellent quality of work, wonderful to work with. Know their stuff and used proper protection during COVID. Will definitely hire them for future work.

Had Kyle do some miscellaneous plumbing repairs and other work on our house. He was prompt, efficient and professional. The work was clearly explained, quotes were given and were accurate and the work was completed properly and quickly. I will definitely be coming back to The Meridian Company any time I need work in the future.

Aaron was very friendly, helpful and professional. He's been to our hose twice now and both times we were pleased with the work. I do have to say though that Meridian is on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

We got 20 feet of outside wire rerun (as accessible as it gets), a new fuse, GFCI outlet, and outlet cover. Took 30 minutes, cost an arm and a leg. Would not hire again.

Aaron was prompt and friendly, answering all of my questions, and restoring my hot water.

The technicians were knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.

4/6/18: Kyle arrived on time as scheduled. He quickly assessed the 4 different small jobs I had for him and gave me the estimate within minutes. He completed these 4 tasks in about 2.2 hours. Very clean 5 Star expert work. The only reason I do not rate them 5 Stars is the very high price. I priced out Meridians estimated cost of the parts and added $50 more for a staff member to run a part out to the job. The dollar amount they priced the job at worked out to an (est) of $395 per hour for Kyles labor and profit to the co! I find that a bit much but it will not stop me from using them again. Excellent Work!

Kyle clearly explained the work to be performed and the costs associated, and was professional and friendly throughout the project. At the end, everything looked and worked great. Excellent service.

Wonderful experience. Kyle and Annie replaced the super old hot water tank with a new tankless water heater and replumbed most of the house. They did a fantastic job and explained things to us from the estimate to the final walk-through about what they were doing and why, maintenance, other options, etc. I also really appreciated getting a quick call in the morning to let me know when they were on their way over. I could barely get calls back when asking about tankless from other businesses in the area, but I'm really glad we ended up going with Meridian! Very professional and prompt service.

We had an excellent experience with Aaron doing plumbing work for us! He was courteous and professional, and his quality of work was top notch. He was able to assess and fix the problem in a timely manner that worked with our schedule, and treated our home with care while working (left everything very clean). This is the 2nd time we ve worked with The Meridian Company for plumbing issues. The prices are fair, they re professional, show up on-time and are efficient. They go above and beyond. We ve used other companies in the past and The Meridian Company has become the company we will stick with for future work.

The service was excellent. I needed help in the middle of the night when my sump pump stopped working and my basement flooded. Aaron was extremely helpful and pleasant despite being woke up. The workmanship was well done and the compassion for the situation appreciated.

We had Meridian install a buried pipe connecting our home's sump pump discharge line and two downspouts to the storm drain system. They gave us a free estimate, answered lots of questions clearly, and demonstrated that they knew their stuff. Then then scheduled the work quickly after we accepted a bid, showed up on time on the scheduled day, did the work efficiently, and were friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with throughout.

Have used Meridian Company many times. They are professional, courteous and do quality work which they stand behind. Aaron, a plumber, is a very dependable and skilled serviceman. Always a good feeling when the work is done.

Crew leader was knowledgable about products and offered options for capabilities, needs and cost -- very professional, no pressure just advice. Installers were on time, efficient, thorough and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have even known they had replaced an entire gas furnace and AC.

Meridian has been looking after us for over 15 years, since our house was new. They have been most attentive to our needs, and have been ready to help where they could. My wife and I are senior citizens and things that I could do years ago are not easy or even possible now, so we have come to rely on Meridian in many ways and they have always come through.

Meridian charged 75.00 to come out and give an estimate. Quote was an additional 325.00 to replace fill valve and flapper in toilet. Called another local plumber and he completed the whole job in 10 minutes and charged me 100.00.

Aaron was very pleasant to work with, explained the problem and offered suggestions. We selected a new toilet and saved money.

Yesterday our hot water heater sprung a leak. We called Meridian and they came out right away. The Plumber , Mike Millard was knowledgeable and gave us options to replace our old water heater. He completed the work that day and was friendly and efficient. We were pleased with the new hot water heater and the professional work.

I can t thank you enough. We ve been customers for years and absolutely love the service provided. Aaron, one of the Master Plumbers recently spent 2 days installing and fixing items in our newly purchased home. He was professional, very knowledgeable and absolutely a delight to work with. We ve tried other companies in the past and have realized good customer service is hard to come by so when you find it, you stick with it. Peace of mind is everything.

Doug did such an amazing job in our house! He built a beautiful arch in between our kitchen and living room! He paid such great attention to detail and you can really tell how passionate he is about his work. We showed him a picture for inspiration and he created a beautiful piece of work! He is a mastery with carpentry. We are very happy with it! He also mounted our microwave above the stove, again with great detail! We were very happy with the median company and will defiantly use them again for future home remodeling! Five stars !!

Aaron - once again - did a fabulous repair at my home. This time a shower/tub combo. He is always punctual, pleasant and professional. He carefully explains options and offers sound advice. Kyle came out on a Sunday and fixed my faulty water heater 3 pipes were corroded and leaking/spurting water all over, flooding my basement. He came right away after my distressed call. Heating system failed on a cold Friday night in October. Tyler responded promptly to the service call and had the furnace repaired very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Accessed the situation, have options and then did a great job.

As in the past, Meridian's service was very responsive and professional.

Fast and efficient service. I really appreciated the service I received during a semi-urgent time with my hot water heater. The reason for 4/5 stars is particularly for not having beforehand details of the reason for the higher cost, compared to other services or buying commercial products. I trust in the work of the company and took advantage of their annual service plan to protect as much of my hands in their good hands as possible.

Kyle and Annie were the two experts who oversaw the replacement of the entire sewer line, installation of new shut offs and pipes inside for water intake, replacement of old shut offs and old , leaking pipes, a Moen Flo oversight system, repaired and installed new water in lines as well as new sewer pipes. Basically they made our home safe and very functional for the future!
Kyle even fixed an old dryer downstairs that wasn t working well and cleaned out the ducts for it(this wasn t even part of what they were doing).
Everything was done with excellent quality and care not to make things messier than such a big job required. Kyle was as kind and patient as if we were his own parents, and Annie was the same. Kyle was the person who headed up the project.

Meridian always does a good job. I have never had to have them come back out. When they fix something, it is fixed correctly. Not the cheapest but definitely the best quality. Customer service is great too.

I recently bought a new dishwasher. The easiest part of the new appliance experience was having The Meridian Company install the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Aaron VanHalst did his usual excellent job installing each appliance. What I appreciate so much is that Aaron always brings everything with him to complete the job, without damaging my wood floors, walls and cabinets. He keeps every area clean as he works and then cleans up the entire area before leaving. I can trust that when Aaron does a job, he won't have to return again and again to do it correctly. He does the job right the first time. Today Christine Rigdon, who is part of Meridian's staff, came along to observe and help. It was a pleasure to meet her. Now I will know who I am talking with when I call for service. I sincerely appreciate The Meridian Company because of their commitment to quality customer service. They appear to hire and train their staff to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I give Aaron, Christine and The Meridian Company my highest rating.

Aaron with the Meridian Company recently replaced two outdoor faucets; one was leaking at the handle when using it to water using a garden hose, I was not able to turn the other. He worked inside and out, leaving no trace in the basement of the work he performed. And outside I have two code-compliant and functional faucets - easy to use, no drips. I recommend Meridian.

What's not to love. This was not our first experience with Meridian and I'm sure it won't be the last. The workmanship is first class, Kyle is the best. Most importantly the pricing is very fair.
