Merida Benelux

Just invaded today. Simply excellent help from Marc and his new colleague. Immediately had the opportunity to cycle in the area and all questions and doubts were removed. I was so excited that I called my local retailer and immediately ordered the bike. Service as it should be. Top!

I have a REACTO DISC LTD road bike, the service is not commensurate with the quality of this bike and that's a shame. My next bike will therefore not be MERIDA

Top case. I had a faulty shifter which was nowhere to be found. Merida Benelux had it. With new inner cable, outer cable and caps. Helped very nicely, especially given my many questions. I do know which brand of bike I order when I buy a new one!

Vriendelijke benaderinb en goede info mbt de door ons gewenste e-bikes. Proefrijden geen probleem. Voor ons aanleiding om bij Stegink in Laren over te gaan op aanschaf. Na respectievelijk 1en 2 jaar de Merida's ingeruild voor Bosch systeem. De dealer heeft zijn best gedaan om onze klachten betreffende het de Shimano ondersteuning op te lossen, maar uiteindelijk hebben we de fietsen maar ingeruild. Het frame en verdere opbouw van de Merida's voldeden wel goed. Dus ons advies: Merida met Bosch of andere dan Shimano motor kiezen!

If there is a problem, you will not be listened to. The dealer is not to blame, who will do his utmost to solve what does not work.

Customer clarity is not important! Information on the site is not correct. Does not take responsibility for acknowledging errors. In case of problems with a bicycle purchased on the internet, one refers to the dealer where the bicycle was delivered. Dealer does not understand why merida does not look at this yourself. We call this box to the wall ... With certain employees you do not feel taken seriously. You expect excellent service for these sums. But unfortunately.

A progressive concept! Testing your potential future bike in real conditions is a very pleasant experience. Thereby comes the very good service. All of this has been the deciding factor for me to go for a merida bike.
