The lady at the front desk is very rude she broke a hippa law, and nobody cared. She never cleaned the blood pressure cuff and nothing was sanitized. She legit thinks she s the doctor and needs in depth details and legit made me yell because she said the airflow made it so she couldn t hear me when there was a person in front of me she heard no problem. The doctors did their job from my opinion but how she treated me actually made me want to leave.

I took my wife to Monroe because she was experiencing severe pain and the staff told us after a series of test, blood work and ct they can't figure out what was wrong with her.i drove to Toledo and within a half hour they had her in surgery to remove her gullbladder.monroe hospital is the worst I've ever seen they hire anyone

First experience here after hearing lots of horror stories, however this was the best hospital experience we ve had with my mom. They were quick to treat and the nurses were amazing. She gets really disoriented at hospitals so they had 24 hr sitters with her. She s been lucid and agreeable this whole time thanks to them.

The Inpatient Metal Health Department is sub par at best. No structure, no real program in place, loose, uncontrolled group meetings that aren t mandatory and outdated, elementary level, copied worksheets to fill in. This is an expensive few day band aid at best. Some of the younger female nursing staff should have chose alternate careers with less interaction with people. This is a medication dispensary only. Choose better for your loved one suffering.

I would have given them 5 stars except for the nurse in the emergency room, she was very arrogant and lacked compassion for an 84 year old lady.
Once in the actual hospital the staff was awesome including the security guard. The doctors where very pleasant for the most part. The cardiologist on duty was a bit stand offish but the others made up for his lack of communication.
For the rest of the staff keep up the great work.

My 12 year old needed to be seen for a hand injury the staff at check in was great the wait was long but wasn t bad. As soon as we got brought back to the room the nurse who was supposed to handle my child was rude didn t even ask the questions she suppose to X-rays went quick and so did the doctor speaking with us but then it took over an hour for them to come in tape two fingers together and discharge us.

I had a great experience with Promedica and staff!! Even the ER was great. From the nurse to the doctor!! I was admitted for kidney stones, and put on the 3rd floor. All the nurses, (Tammy, Erin, Jessica, Ashley and David) and aids were awesome!!! Made my stay much easier considering I was trying to pass a stone and also on vacation 8 hours from home!! They were fantastic. Dr.Shah was very comforting also!!!! He is a great doctor!!! Thank you all!!! Keep doing a great job because people like me appreciate it!! You all really are heroes!

I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff that took care of my mom during her stay at this hospital. From the ER staff to the cardiologists, PAs and 3rd floor nurses, aides, and social workers, you all made a difference in giving my mom excellent and compassionate care. Thank you! You all rock!

Honestly if I could give them zero I would. Had gone in there a few times for different things and they never actually gave me what I needed or answers. They are usually rude and not very nice there. Had my baby there and left to go to a different hospital and doctor for my second baby. Would not recommend going here if you can go to another one I would.

My last few visits were pretty good. I really didn't like this place before they changed from Mercy to ProMedica. One thing they could work on is treating people different.
