No structure, no real program in place, loose, uncontrolled group meetings that aren t mandatory and outdated, elementary level, copied worksheets to fill in. This is an expensive few day band aid at best. Some of the younger female nursing staff should have chose alternate careers with less interaction with people. This is a medication dispensary only.
