Mercury Computers Review

Always great service. Fast and friendly have used Mercury Computers for years for a variety of desktop and laptop computer repairs and upgrades. Recently daughter's laptop virus issues resolved same day while on another visit my wireless adaptor problem was repaired without any more issues. The couple that run the place always project calm professional demeanor which is extremely beneficial when you are worried that your laptop may require expensive repairs or worse. Usually the fix is simple and very affordable and I always leave knowing I have received quality service from a local business. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 1/2018
Mercury worked on my husbands MBP, they replaced the track pad and did not replace the top cover as required by the 2013 model. Computer is only able to hold 11.58% charge and apple has denied repair due to unauthorized repair that has render the computer unusable. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I contacted Mercury Computers about a wifi issue with my MacBook Pro, their service was quick and professional. Services were very reasonably priced, my final price was the same as my quote. The owners were genuine and a pleasure to do business with. I will use them again and recommended them to anyone needing computer work.

Had a laptop that had seen better days physically, keyboard and optical drive problems. The couple at Mercury were able to move my old hard drive to another similar model laptop that was better physically. This saved hours of reinstalling programs, transferring files, and now I have a fully functioning laptop with even more RAM. All this done in a couple hours and at a reasonable price.

It has been said, "build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door". Well, that mousetrap is Matt and Diana, the owners of Mercury computers, and the honesty and integrity with which they conduct their business. I have found that they go that extra mile in their dealings with people, in order to treat people fairly, and it is no small wonder why I travel 25 miles from my home to their shop, and will continue to do so.

I have always found the staff to be very competent and honest. Today I took my computer in with a log-in problem; it was looked at and fixed in less than five minutes, and they refused to charge me for the help.

Quick work, pleasant and professional service and attention to detail. I brought in my computer for a fan replacement, and they were prompt and clear explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I got my computer back and noticed a new issue, and when I brought it back a day later I got to watch as Matt opened up my device and went through some routine checks, explaining as he went. It turned out to be a simple fix (not related to the original issue or caused by the repair) and I wasn't even charged for it! I definitely recommend this place.

I have used Mercury Computers several times and I will continue to for all my future computer needs. The staff are very helpful, honest and very reasonably priced. A competitor gave me a false diagnosis and large quote. Then I brought my computer to Mercury and they gave me an honest diagnosis with a very reasonable fee. I am extremely please with their service and I highly recommend Mercury Computers to all my friends and family.

Great place, been going there for years. Prices and service excellent. Never have to wait more than a day for my computers.

Attempted to solve a tablet problem quickly on this visit, but they needed it to be left overnight and I could not abide. My fault, not theirs. I have used Mercury twice before for computer hardware problems. They were speedy and efficient. Their work was spot on. No complaints.

Great shop, great people. Took my computer to Best Buy first, they told me it couldn't be repaired and I had lost all my files. Took it to Mercury on advise from a friend, turned out to be a simple and cheap fix. Not to mention it was ready 2 hours after i had dropped it off. Very nice people they explained things to me so i could understand it , I will never go anywhere else again.

From repairing my computer to helping me build a new one, this store has helped me keep on gaming.

Highly recommend! Turned in my laptop for service. They performed a diagnostic and ordered the part same day. Next day part was in and they installed the motherboard and I was able to pick up my laptop. Very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Very satisfied.
