Christmas Ruined: Two of The Robot Arm Toys Broke!
I bought the Sharper Image robot arm for my son for Christmas. The first one I bought broke within the first day of use. The claw wouldn't open all the way. I contacted the company that owns the Sharper Image brand (MerchSource) and to their credit, they sent me a "new" one. When we opened the replacement product, I saw scuffs on the toy and some smudges. (Looks like maybe we got someone's return?) Because that might explain why the toy broke within the first 30 minutes of use - the arm would not lift anymore. In sum, this toy was an epic fail.
I also bought my son a Discovery rotating Space Projector (the Discovery brand is owned by MerchSource as well). It started making a really bad noise within the first 30 minutes (a number of Amazon reviewers noted the same issue with theirs).
Needless to say, MerchSource has some serious product design, manufacturing and quality control issues. Not sure how they'll stay in business putting out poor products like this. There is a silver lining though. My son asked me if he could smash the toy with a sledge hammer and I said yes. He spent over 15 minutes crushing it to smithereens. He had a blast and asked if we could get another one to smash. So I guess that was worth the price of the toy! I've attached pictures of the smashing of the toy.

Got 3 uses out of The Black Series cordless shaver...

Got 3 uses out of The Black Series cordless shaver. Now it just don't work. Light shows it's charging but won't do ANYTHING. Called the customer service# today just before 11am ad got a recording instantly saying the business hours were M-F 9am-5pm and to call back during regular business hours with no option to leave a voicemail. I emailed the address listed under General in the contact section of website, hopefully will hear back.

Customer service has no warranty on their chinese ...

Customer service has no warranty on their chinese crappy products, gives a 90 day courtesy warranty, but you pay for shipping broken products back. Women claimed to be the manager, and was not customer service focused. Said she would take my name and number, but never asked which product I had. All 3 lanterns broke within 1 hour of any use in different households

I think this is a her good business but on the apothecary and company the candles are high quilaty but you should add scents to the candles isn't that why some people but candles is to get a scent out of it.your welcome

Toy purchased as x mas gift was missing parts was...

Toy purchased as x mas gift was missing parts was told back in Jan parts were being shipped recived complete diff toy that grandson could not play with offered to ship it back was told again in march parts would be sent nothing recieved 3 phone calls being toldeach time someome would contact me now 5-7-2020 they tell me parts not avaliable and nothing can be done since they sent worthless wall hanging as replacement toy !!!!
