Please do not pay for Health Insurance from this company. Their sales representatives lied about coverage over the phone only to find out different information on the multi-page document they quickly have you sign. Even after health provider verified I had coverage with them, they denied the claim. Beware - you pay a lot for no coverage when you need to use and and ask them prior to signing up if coverage is provided. Work with your Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, etc. Leave these scam companies alone and hopefully they will go out of business.
