Awesome place. We've been leasing vehicles here for 12 years now. Walking in is like being greeted by family each time. Sales staff is the best and service staff is impeccable. My wife leases her SUVs from this dealership while I've been purchasing and servicing my sedans from BMW Manhattan, BMW Tarrytown and BMW Mt Kisco (going back 20 years now) and I can attest Mercedes Benz White Plains is a country mile superior in all departments. Even though I love my service and sales staff at those BMW locations the over all company structure at MB White Plains is boldly focused in customer satisfaction even before a car is sold or serviced. BMW will make you feel that they don't have to sell you a car or work with servicing issues (although that is slowly improving) because, and we were directly told by a young sales associate, everyone and their mother is lined up outside to buy or lease the very BMW you are deciding to buy. Benz would never do that. Come here and you will be happy. Bobby Ayo is the guy we work with but anyone here will be perfect to get you what you want.

My experience purchasing a vehicle has always involved stress and this transaction was no different. The difference was how the stress was handled in the moment. My salesperson, Deborah Goldschmidt, was responsive to my concerns and did a great job. Tyler did a solid job tutoring me on all of the amenities included with my vehicle. Lucy was engaging and made every effort to troubleshoot the issue the developed with the Mercedes app. The manager, Bob Binette, was amazing! Great communicator who knows his business and knows how to treat the customers and the people who work with him. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but I even enjoyed my interaction with the finance guy. I am so happy to have done business with Mercedes White Plains. Although, I live in Jersey, I plan to get my vehicle serviced with them. My S-Class Coupe ("Jess"- aka "da Whip"), she is straight !!!!!!!
Bought a 2021 10miles S580 two weeks ago and vehicle was delivered with a AMBIENT LIGHT MALFUNCTION warning on the dash. Been trying to reach dealer for the last two days and leaving voicemail and nobody returning my calls. All fine when you doing paperwork to buy, but after it s a different story.

I would highly recommend Jessica to any future costumers as she is very welcoming, knowledgable when it comes to cars and sales, created a wonderful experience and is bilingual. I can't complain about nothing as the process was smooth and will totally return in the near future.
Just bought a car from Mercedes white plains and Jessica was the sales rep helping me - she was so great!! Very accommodating, explained everything and helped with any questions I had. I felt comfortable with my first car purchase and I couldn t thank her enough! She also sat in the car with me before leaving to get it set up with my phone and set the features to my liking (god knows I don t know how to hahah). After my purchase, she would call in and check on me and the car, which I appreciated. She is very attentive and It showed me she cares and is very genuine.
I accidentally got locked out of my car about 2 weeks after my purchase and called her and she helped me for an hour on her day off of work to assist me. She really went above and beyond and cares about her customers!! Jessica really made the whole experience great.
The car buying process in general takes a very long time and can be frustrating. The entire process took a few days as we asked to hold the car for 2 days. Upper management wasn t as accommodating and was harder to work with as we weren t ready to buy the day of.
Nonetheless, I am very happy with my purchase and love my new baby!!!
