Not a good experience. Initial meeting went well and I had trusted they were confident in working with me after a polygraph was conducted per their request. I was told they would not take my case unless they felt they could win. I did 90% of the work preparing documents, details and gathering information regarding my case on my own. With ending up in the same place as I was before I retained them as my attorneys. I received a statement showing they had not used up all of my retainer. When I called to ask for the refund a month later they told me they needed to send another updated bill and that all of the retainer had been used. Then almost 2 months after that another bill saying all of the retainer was used and that more money was owed. So they wanted over $5,000 and i wasn t even offered advice on how to move forward. No suggestions on what I could do or next moves. It was like they gave up and didn t want to deal with my case after a certain point. Very disappointed in the end result. I feel I could have represented myself and had a better result.
