Jaleel Khan has been the bright star in this dealership over the years. He has helped myself, my family, and friends with every car I have owned all Mercedes and even other makes. Jaleel is awesome. From advice on buying, tuning, and all types of service questions/concerns, He is always there. Much appreciate him. I live in Wesley Chapel and purposely go out of my Way to go to Mercedes Benz of Tampa now since 2011. Shedrick has been my salesman now for many years and I appreciate all of his hard work, research and patience with me. He is also the Man. These two guys should be running the dealership with their overall expertise and customer service. Managers take notice. I Appreciate all the staff at Mercedes Benz of Tampa.

A very pleasant buying experience for our S-550. We settled our deal with Keith over the phone and email before I drove 100 miles to the dealership, including an estimate for my trade using Kelly Blue Book. The only thing left to do was for us to see the car and test drive it, and for MBT to appraise our trade in person. The final deal was within $1000 of what we discussed over the phone and email. I was very satisfied. Lorenzo helped us to quickly wrap up the paperwork, and Christine pleasantly guided my wife and I through the delivery tour of the car's features, etc.

I usually don t write reviews but I had to for this experience. Bo at the service department was outstanding. He was extremely professional and I felt like he was genuinely there to help. He talked me through the estimate and broke everything down for me, gave me more than one option to consider, and was patient throughout the whole process. I ve been to many Mercedes dealerships and can confidently say that this was the best experience I ve had thus far. I ll definitely be coming here in the future and look forward to having Bo as my rep.

My wife and I just bought a 2014 CLA. Though we did a lot of research upfront, the salesman, Richard Harris, told us about many more features! He was very easy to work with and was a great communicator. The dealership has many perks, especially compared to non-Mercedes dealerships here in Tampa. Not only will they wash your car from M-S, but they will also take you to the airport! My wife and I felt like we received the royal treatment and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and our experience. We highly recommend the dealership and a Benz to anyone!

I had decided to trade in my 2010 Jeep due to the high gas prices. I visited Mercedes Benz of Tampa and was greeted by a bright smiling face by the name of Leslie. They had a good selection of used cars..very fairly priced.I found the perfect car, a 2010 Honda Accord. From the apprasial to the finance deptarment to service I was EXTREMELY happy with my experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. Everyone was very kind and respected my time. The car was presented to me full of gas and spotless. They had a complimentary coffee bar and free wifi. I would recommend this dealership to my family, friends and a stranger I met on the street. It was a great experience.

The service dept. of this dealership has been exceptional. My advisor Rick Acosta is incredibly efficient, he takes notes of everything you mention, keeps you updated as to the progress of your vehicle and delivers it back to you clean, repaired, on time and as promised. His professionalism and attention to detail continually impresses me every time any of our vehicles are serviced and has been by far the most consistent employee we have dealt with.

Its the best place to order a benz they are very polite and kind.The man that I ordered my car from he works in mercedes benz of tampa his name is Simo Ritouni he was very helpful he try to do his best to get you the car you want with a good price he thanks simo for the amazing car that I got you are the best.

In addition, when I took my car to the service i met jaleel khan he is the greatest guy their i have met he tries to help u and finish ur car ASAP. And anything u need he will help u with tenting the window, some power in ur car anything u wanted to upload in ur car he will help u with it I appreciate him so much for the work he have done.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced at ...

WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership in my entire life. Dropped corporate vehicle off for a quick repair, and was told I would have it next day. Received no loaner vehicle in the meantime. Never received any calls. Called many times only to be put to voice mails with no returned phone call. After demanding to speak to an actual person, I was told that my car was still not ready because the person working on it called out sick? I was told I would receive a call in 5-10 minutes when they found out the update on the vehicle. STILL NEVER GOT A CALL. I have 90 year old residents who cannot go with our driver for their groceries and Christmas gifts because they are unable to climb into the bus, our only other vehicle. This dealership has managed to turn a quick job into a nightmare. Voicemail after voicemail with no response. Unbelievable! Bring your car to ANY other Mercedes dealership but this one if you want quality work!

Dealing with this dealership while buying a car well into the 6 figures was such a daunting task. They play so many games, it s outrageous.

After I walked away they came back groveling for my business.

Games make you look shady. I d never step foot back into this joke of a facility.

It s sad because the facility itself is gorgeous.

His customer service was exceptional and was very detail oriented, we felt very comfortable with him like if we knew him for a long time, never pushy and always trying to make us happy during the whole process. Actually,I m a car salesman too and that s how I treat my guests where I work, you want to have someone like Andriy because he ll make your company look better and will keep your customers for ever.

Was there for 3hrs with no progression... before a...

Was there for 3hrs with no progression... before appointment I was told I was going to get a loaner.... when I got there I was assured I was going to get a loaner after diagnosis... I was planning on leaving my car there cause I knew it needed immediate work done... turns out my car wasn t safe to drive according to their inspections, I agreed and wanted to get the work done knowing it wasn t safe to drive! They then told me I can t leave my car there and they had no loaner for me after all that time... I didn t want to drive my car knowing it wasn t safe they couldn t do anything for me till Monday (I was there on Thursday) ... they didn t care that I wasted my time (not just the loaner) but I had to drive my car over an hour away to get home with pouring down rain with a damaged car! All Mercedes kelp saying was I know I m sorry-I know I m sorry-sorry you was misinformed ... they didn t care I had to drive my car (when I APPROVED they do the work) knowing it wasn t safe at all ... very-VERY disappointing and that was my first time at that Mercedes-Benz location

During our search for a GLC300 we dealt(visited so...

During our search for a GLC300 we dealt(visited some) close to 10 dealers across central / south Florida. So what were the key differentiators?

* Price - Great upfront offer. I did not had to haggle back and forth. Once I saw their offer I was happy.
* Purchase experience - We dealt with DeAndre Sharp and we could not have been happier. He kept us updated when the car was going to be available. Called us mid week to tell us about the status. During the visit of the dealership he was VERY polite. NOT the typical salesman that we encounter in other dealers north east of Tampa where the city starts with 'O'.
* The finance gentleman was also very polite and not pushy when selling the options. Thumbs up!
* Finally the whole car introduction was also a great experience.

In summary I am extremely satisfied. So satisfied that I might consider a MB alternative to my 330i in the future.
This dealer is without a question the BEST from DeLand to Coral Gables, BAR NONE. I dealt with them all!

I take my car and my husband's car in for service to Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. Our advisor, Stephen King, is great. He's always courteous and friendly, and he doesn't try to oversell. I also appreciate that he quickly gets me out with a loaner, if requested. Service is always done when promised and communication is very clear.

I had the best car service experience ever. I have taken my car to two Mercedes-Benz prior to this one-Fort Myers Florida and Orlando Florida by Mall of Millenia. Although the service was good it was not as exceptional. My Service Consultant Ralph Da Silva made that possible, he was unbelievable, communication great!!! I never had to call him for anything he was always two steps ahead of me. My car was repaired at A very timely manner. If you ever need your Mercedes serviced it is worth the time to take it to Ralph, at Mercedes-Benz Of Tampa. You will pleased you did. Thank you Loretta Waite

I AM SO VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. IN TAMPA. I CALLED ELLEN IN ADVANCE
TO SCHEDULE MY CAR FOR A MINOR PROBLEM AND WAITED NO MORE THEN 15 MINUTES FOR THE
SERVICE GENTLEMAN TO HAVE A LOOK SEE AT THE CAR.

WITHIN THAT 15 MINUTES ELLEN HAD A CAR WASHED AND WAITING FOR ME TO USE UNTIL THE
REPAIRS ON MY CAR WAS COMPLETED AND UPDATED ME CONTINUALLY AS EACH REPAIR WAS PREFORMED.

I really cannot find the appropriate words to express my satisfaction with the team at Mercedes Tampa. Specifically the service advisor, Stephen King. My leased Mercedes broke down for the first time in years and I called Steven directly. Within MINUTES he arranged for a flatbed to bring a loaner car to me and pick up my disabled Mercedes. They sent me tracking info on the driver so I knew his timeline and could focus on work. This is not my first time praising Stephen and the team at Mercedes-Benz Tampa and I imagine it won t be my last. Kudos folks.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my dream car at Mercedes of Tampa bay, mainly because of the wonderful sales lady named Mecca who took the time to listen and to answer my questions. She was knowledgeable, professional and patient. On top of all the features you would expect to find in a Mercedes I had a special wish for a red car and initially we did not see any on the lot. Instead of trying to persuade me to take what was there, Mecca said if I wanted a red car that s what I should have. She checked inventory and lo and behold located a red car which had just arrived and not made it out yet. I so appreciated her taking that extra step. At no time did I feel any pressure, instead I felt she genuinely wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for and was happy with it. If I could give Mecca 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Mr Rick Acosta did a great job, my vehicle was having trans prob, it was the middle of the afternoon, he was able to take my vehicle in, and get me a loner car, I am an independent contractor so being able to get a loner helped me to keep earning money, greatly appreciated!

this place is so nice and there's so many employees ready to help you.

we test drove a BMW here. the salesman was very friendly and made us feel comfortable driving the car and asking questions about the car and the car buying process. he even followed up after the appointment which we appreciated as we told him we were keeping our options open and wanted to try a few different spots before committing. the car was very nice and in great condition, we just ended up buying a different model. would certainly go back when looking for another vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz of Tampa exceeds my expectations consistently.
I request an appointment date and time and Jaden makes sure I get taken care of in a timely manner.
This is extremely important for me as I am always on the run with clients.
I m in and out quickly, with an equivalent loaner, and a delicious Cappuccino in hand as well..you really couldn t expect anything more!

If time and service are a valuable necessity for you...MBOT is the place you need to buy cars!!

I have been a patron since 2013 and have never thought about switching back to BMW or Ford. When you make the switch see if you can get Darrell Williams for your service appointments. He s 80% of the reason we are looking at a new car for my wife at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. Definitely recommend searching here before you search anywhere else!

I don't often do reviews, but wanted to take the time to write one for Mercedes Benz of Tampa and in particular for my sales associate, Jake Romp. I actually live in Chicago but was looking for a difficult to find certified pre-owned vehicle ... an GLC AMG 43 SUV with a particular color and interior color, with certain options. There was nothing even close to the Chicago area that matched, so I was relegated to waiting until something popped up.

I flew down to Tampa to visit my parents, and noticed that the Mercedes dealership in Tampa, which was literally on the way to my hotel, had a car that fit my spec. I decided to walk in and check it out, and was immediately greeted by Jake. He was great from the outset -- friendly, laid-back in approach (I hate car salespeople who are pushy and aggressive), yet very knowledgable and enthusiastic in going through all the features in the cars, what was available in some years versus others. I honestly walked in to the dealership thinking nothing about purchasing a vehicle, and after about 15 minutes and test drive, I was in serious consideration for the vehicle.

Jake answered all the questions that I had, not only about the vehicle but how I might be able to ship the car back to Chicago. And when we started getting into negotiations, it was much easier and smoother process than I always have in my mind -- he was very good, worked with me, and we quickly got to a great outcome. I will say that the management there worked with Jake as well to do as much as they could to make this work, and I truly appreciate it.

Fast forward a week later, and I have my vehicle now in Chicago, and the delivery worked out great. It arrived exactly when they said it would (actually, a day earlier), and Jake walked me through everything. Trust me, I kept hounding him with questions even after the purchase, and he was quick to address everything.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Jake and the dealership as a whole -- there's a reason they are the 2nd biggest Mercedes dealership in the country. I had a great experience, and this has certainly made me consider getting more Mercedes down the road in my future cars!

Our service advisor at Mercedes Benz of Tampa is Raphael Brites Da Silva. He does a phenomenal job for us. When we initially purchased our GLC we really didn't like it. The documentation was poor and the concierge people not knowledgeable about its features BUT Raphael took the time to help us to understand. He above and beyond and is the reason that we are now happy Mercedes customers.

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and the people who work there were all top-notch. It didn't matter that the car I bought was inexpensive...I was treated the same way that I expect they treat their top-of-the-line Mercedes buyers. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely refer others to check out their new and/or used inventory. A very special "thank you" to Jordan Ritter, my salesman. He made sure that I was happy with my purchase and was lots of fun to do business with. Who said buying a car had to be a hassle? No hassle here!
