-Very disappointing-
I have contacted them via email to get a full quote on an MB. Zack K***, the sales manager, was able to provide me with a quote on the car I was seeking. I told Zack that I like the car and I am committed to purchase this vehicle. I had a few other questions that I addressed to Zack via email. Another sales person (forgot his name) called me back since Zack left for the day, and he was able to answer all of my questions, except for delivery options. He assured me that Zack would contact me the next day to resolve the delivery of this vehicle. The next day I had to call back, since no one called me back, and found out that Zack was off. The person I spoke with was Julie B**** that advised me the vehicle I was seeking had just sold. She rudely told me that it was first come, first served and that if I was interested in buying this car I should have put down a deposit. I would have had no problem with a deposit if I would have been told to do so; I thought that by dealing with a person that had the title of "sales manager" everything would go smoothly. Their inside communication is either very bad or they just do not care. A few days later I received an email from Julian B***, the sales director, contacting me to ensure that my needs were meet in a timely and professional manner. I have taken my time to reply back to make sure I share my experience and let him know that I was disappointed. I have never heard back with an apology or a thank you for considering their dealership to make a purchase.
My point...
If the sales team provides this type of customer service when somebody is looking to buy a car, I do not want to know what kind of customer service they provide in time of need for car service...

My wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Tampa to explore a used Smart fortwo Cabriolet. I had contacted Bobby Haines via e-mail a few days earlier to set the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle parked right in front of the dealership, washed and ready to go. Once inside the dealership, Bobby offered us refreshments, showed us around the various departments and took us outside to examine the Smart Car. He encouraged a test drive in a prescribed route (all right hand turns for safety) In short, I felt like a customer, not a "prospect". We decided to purchase immediately. The sales transaction was flawless. Everyone from the Finance person to the vehicle delivery team was professional, conversational and fun to be around. I highly recommend this dealership as a relaxed and easy place to purchase a vehicle. I will likely buy from them (and Bobby Haines) again.

Chad Close and Jonathan Welty were my guys at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. Both were great to deal with. They both gave me the time and courtesy needed when purchasing my GLE! Go see them if your interested in a Mercedes. Great to deal with. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of this dealership since 2009. My agent has always been Julio Khan and he's service has always be exceptional, he has gone above and beyond with all my car services. He is trust worthy, very friendly, and has always handle every important or minor detail with the same interest and care.

This was mine and my husband's first big purchase and we couldn't of asked for better service. Tobias Czock was very respectful and generous by making sure that all of our needs were met and answering any and all questions we had, along with some jokes. He was very professional and polite, we really enjoyed our first buying experience.

Impossible to reach a manager for 3 month . Mr Manager are you really working or just chilling around the dealership i left 20 voicemails not even single call back form you . Bought 80000$ car from them and customer service is below ZERO .They are simply do not care about their clients so soon clients will not care about them .

Took car for service last week. My representative, Dan Willing, who has been our rep for 20 plus years, was out that day,. Dan is fantastic by the way nd has always gone out of his way to please us. I had the opportunity to work with Jaden for the first time. She also was outstanding. Did a great job in getting me a loaner and getting my car back to me timely. A delight to work with. Highly recommend her.

I've been with MBOT for years. This past weekend they reminded me why. I was headed out of town with my fiance to elope when we noticed the back window was shattered. We detoured straight into MBOT and ran into the service department in a panic. Jesus Valiente stepped up immediately. He got our car into service, found us a loaner, and even helped move our bags from one car to the other! We went from full panic to back on the road in 15 minutes. He quite literally saved our marriage. (at least our wedding lol)

Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and Jesus Valiente are the best in the business. I wouldn't trust my family's cars with anyone else. These folks have it dialed in. Best service in the world!

When I arrived I waited approximately 7 minutes to talk to service advisor. Waited approximately 3 hours for A service and to update radio software. I was told that the service was wrapping up but took 45 minutes todo the wrap up which ithkught was too long for a wrap up. I actually watched as my car sat in the maintenance bay with nothing being done to it. I went to see adviser to see what delay was but met her on the wYand was told carwasonthe way up. I waited another 15 minutes to get my car. I think wait times I experienced were excessive.

Usually I don t do reviews but this will be my exception.. since I was trying to decide which car I wanted to buy they always were professional and welcoming, they paciently took the time to explain every little detail about the car and after agreeing with the price everything went really smooth. When the time for service came the experience has been nothing but wonderful thanks to Mr. Jaleel Khan who always greets you with an smile and goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need! :)

This was the best experience I could have imagined...

This was the best experience I could have imagined when it comes to purchasing a new car. Jonathan Welty was more knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, than any other dealership in the Tampa Bay area. He was able to find us the perfect vehicle for my family and make sure that we stayed within our price range. His passion for what he does is definitely passed along during the entire experience, which just keeps you excited about getting a car.

I have had nightmare experiences in the past while trying to buy a car, and never expected it to be so easy and enjoyable as it was here. Thank You for replacing those memories with one that I can't stop sharing with others.

Everyone that we were introduced to and worked with throughout the process seems to share Jonathan's enthusiasm. What a pleasure this entire experience was!

Love this dealership. The purchase experience was fantastic, and each service appointment has been absolutely seamless. Most recently I had to drop the vehicle off for service. Bob Net was my advisor, and was wonderful. He got me in a loaner car within moments, and promised to have the vehicle back to me shortly. I casually mentioned that I was heading to get a manicure, so no rush. Nonetheless, he called very shortly thereafter to advise me that the car was ready to pick up at my convenience, and even complimented my manicure when I came back to pick it up! LOL. So friendly and helpful, and such an easy experience.

Recently took a trip to Orlando and on return my Check Engine light came on. As I was close to MB of Tampa I called my advisor Dave Zuposky who had me bring it in immediately. Issue was not serious (with my carbon filter) but I loved the way Dave handled it and got me in and handled immediately. Always been extremely happy with dealership and especially Dave Z.

Kieth was very helpful, thorough, relaxed, and seemed very concerned about what my goals were and he was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond with his costumer care. An example of this was that he met us personally at the service center to when he had the car detailed for me to make sure I got the loaner car and everything went smoothly. He was never pushy and was really interested in meeting my needs.

This was not the experience I have had at other Me...

This was not the experience I have had at other Mercedes dealerships . First off, we called and left two messages for service to call us back. They never did. Finally, I called back and explained that I was at Moffit cancer center as an inpatient and needed assistance. The receptionist explained how sorry she was and she said she would get it all worked out for us and set up the correspondence and appointment. I greatly appreciated her setting up the appointment because NO one from service called me or my wife back. Once my wife arrived, she explained again that I was in the hospital and could not be away for more than an hour because of my condition and her concern for me. She also explained she could not be around sick people and therefore she reaffirmed this would only take an hour. I was told this would take 1 hour as well. 3 hours later, she was on her way.

We have bought Mercedes for the great car experience we have received through Jacksonville s dealership. When I was diagnosed, the Mercedes dealer there worked with my wife and actually picked up the car and returned it while I was in the hospital. They were caring and understanding of the situation.

Also, the complimentary breakfast is so nice in Jacksonville with a chef that makes you a made to order meal. There is no cost To you unlike with this dealership. Seriously? You pay for luxury and good service. Thank goodness we live in Jacksonville because I would not be driving a Mercedes in Tampa.

Dave zupkosky made sure I was alerted and promptly taken care of, he also laid out in great detail the condition of where my cars parts stood, and as well recommended what was the most serious issues when I went to change the oil on my car. It was the most outstanding service I ve ever received when doing an oil change.

Poor part and accessories service.. this prople dont know how to treat people the right way. If u struggle wt english for sure they will have a attitude wt u.
Brought picture, parts, car vin and still the guy didn t know the part. What, do they need me to do there job? What else can i do? Get in the computer and look for the part order and pay it to?.

Tip for you guys



Ohh and i just got out there monday at 8 am
By the way one employer saw me struggling and took me to the right place, thank you.

The time and attention that I received from Manny, my sales person, and every other employee I dealt with was first class! From the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove off in my new car I was made to feel comfortable and appreciated for my business. Manny gave me a tour of the dealership so I would be familiar with the process when I needed to bring my car in for service or a complimentary car wash. I was very impressed with the aesthetics of the dealership, including the beautiful showroom and the cleanliness of the entire operation. People are nice. Fun buying the car. But seriously come service the car here if you want to wait like over 4 hours. I hate waiting and only came because there was a factory recall on the steering wheel of my smartcar. Now they say the airbag light is on and was on from a previous problem. Who knows what this means. Still waiting to get my car back so I can go to my 21st birthday party today... well tonight I guess. Nice people tho, just the wait time sucks.

Ralph at Serve is outstanding and is the big reason, I bought another Mercedes from MB of tampa . He is very responsive and accommodating and stays communicative.
Was about to buy a different brand but we didn t want to lose the amazing service provided by Ralph so bought another Mercedes .
VITO w preowned sales is also a great sales person to deal with. I have bought three cars from him and its always a pleasant and not pushy experience.

I highly recommend Jesus Valiente for your service advisor. He has TOP notch customer service like I have never experienced any where else in the Tampa Bay or Lakeland area. Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is amazing!!! This is my 2nd E-350 but is our first time at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. George Martins & Joey Helenek are very knowledgeable and professional on every step. For sure no pressure at all. Angelo (Finance) explain to us very clearly on everything. The car is ready by the time when we get there. Special thanks to Ron Wordon. A dealership is merely a building with cars in and around it. A place to buy and repair your vehicle. What separates the outstanding ones from the mediocre ones is the personnel. I continue to purchase automobiles from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa primarily because of the delightful and conscientious approach of Ms. Ellen Tackett, the amazing woman who manages to keep me happy when my Mercedes-Benz is not.

If you can get through to the Service Dept...that'...

If you can get through to the Service Dept...that's a big IF then once you get there you are treated well. The service desk can really use help. On busy days your call won't be answered. Make sure to get some direct numbers to a few service advisors because the service desk is worthless. I gave up trying to get through and now Lokey Mercedes is my go to. Hey ABG (Asbury) MofT, hire more or axe the group who handles calls into the service dept. Lokey will be handling all my future service needs and vehicle purchases.

Made online appointment. Everything was ready on arrival. The waiting room is very comfortable and welcoming. The diagnostics were quickly made and a car provided for me once it was realized that it would take a while for the repairs to occur. After the car was fixed I was notified and the repaired car was ready to go.

In this case you do get what you pay for. I recommend highly.
