WORST customer service I have ever experienced at ...

WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership in my entire life. Dropped corporate vehicle off for a quick repair, and was told I would have it next day. Received no loaner vehicle in the meantime. Never received any calls. Called many times only to be put to voice mails with no returned phone call. After demanding to speak to an actual person, I was told that my car was still not ready because the person working on it called out sick? I was told I would receive a call in 5-10 minutes when they found out the update on the vehicle. STILL NEVER GOT A CALL. I have 90 year old residents who cannot go with our driver for their groceries and Christmas gifts because they are unable to climb into the bus, our only other vehicle. This dealership has managed to turn a quick job into a nightmare. Voicemail after voicemail with no response. Unbelievable! Bring your car to ANY other Mercedes dealership but this one if you want quality work!
