Daniel is the best Service Manger I have ever worked with. He his proffesdional and courteous. He tell you exactly what your vehicle needs. He sets up a realistic priority maintenance list for your vehicle without trying to have you pay for unnecessary repairs. We have purchased 3 Mercedes from Eldorado Hills Mercedes and own 5. All of our vehicles are serviced by Daniel.

I come to the Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills over a closer one because the staff at this dealership do such an excellent job. I have very little spare time, so it s great to have found a dealership that gets it right the first time. A+ for customer service, professionalism, and service repairs. Keep up the great work, David & team! Best Wishes, Michael

Peter is a ROCKSTAR!!!! Unfortunately so many car sales people are still your typical used car, hovering vulture types (thank goodness for internet research abilities) that I usually look at vehicles on a dealership lot when they are not open. I found a car on the internet that I was interested in and my husband and I went to go look at it over the weekend but unfortunately it was sold the night before. Peter was great at offering to have the dealership find the same vehicle for us to be brought in, but I saw this beautiful car on the lot that was certified pre-owned. Peter and the team made it so easy for us through the whole process, didn't make it an all day dealership haggle session (because I had a trade in as well), and everything was over the phone and email, even driving it out to me for contract signing and delivery at my convenience. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you Peter!!!!

It is a good feeling that from the initial moment we step into the dealership and interact with an employee, whether dealing with the service team, or sales, we are always greeted with friendly, and polite mannerism. Thus, overall, giving us a sense of comfort throughout the extent of our stay.

First time there, yesterday. Took my car in for a recall on the sunroof.
Got car back after a few hours. The next day, (this morning), as I walked around the car. I found this :

See pictures below.
Seems like the rims have been rammed against hard metal. Tire also had a fresh cut
I used epoxy to glue it back prior to taking these shots
Won't be back there. But a word of caution to folks bringing their fancy newish Mercedes there.

I bought my car December 17th, it was a pre owned certified C300. there was some concerns with the rims and windshield which they came to an agreement, on my way home I felt a slight shimmy in my steering wheel and when coming to stops it would shake, I was not sure of the issue, I know that I would make an appointment to come back and have the few things resolved. I travel a lot so making appointments does take time, about a month later, I called the coordinator that I wanted to put on record of the shimmy so that when I came in this would not be on me and something we could have fixed as I just purchased the car, she said not a problem, I also asked if I could bring it into Rocklin Mercedes as it was closer, not a problem as well, I brought it in March 27th and also rented an Hotel for 2 nights as it would take 2 days to fix, my service advisor was very nice and I was put into a loaner car until wed. I then received a text from my advisor that they had located the problem with the shaking of the steering wheel, and that my car needed new rotors and brake pads, I could not understand as I have on had the car for 3 months and that could not be possible, and he expressed this was not covered under my warranty. I stated that I would give El Dorado Hills Mercedes a call to see why this was? I spoke to someone and said they would get back to me, no one ever called me back, then I received a text from my advisor that they would cover half, I stated this was not acceptable, I then call El Dorado again, the receptionist answered and was giving me the run around and would not connect me with anyone who could help me and everyone was in a meeting, I had called for 2 hours and still in meeting, I then called again, operator, stated still in meetings, I said I would come there and speak to someone who could help me. It took me 30 mins to drive over and when I came in the receptionist took me to an office where 7 men where in just having a great time laughing, a gentleman came out to meet me, he was very stern and ready to attack. He introduced himself William Kenyon and shook my had and almost broke it, my had hurt after, he was aware of my situation and stated that my car was not under warranty, I stated I should no have to pay for this as I just bought this car, he stated when I bought the car specks where, and now they are this, I stated I would not have a problem going to the BBB, he started yelling at me, don't think your going to bully us into fixing it, I stated I'm not bullying you, as I was talking, droplets of saliva came out and then he stated I spit on him. I said I did not spit on you, I then was so upset I asked for his boss, he would not help me in any way, I asked him 7 times who is your boss, I was shaking and so distort I almost fainted, as he walked away I followed and kept asking who is your boss, then a man came out of an office and asked would you like me to take care or this? William Kenyon said yes I can't deal with him, I told him he was a mean and nasty person, he yelled walking on the sales floor that customer is crazy. I was in tears, Jason Downing sat me down in his office as I could hardly talk, I was so distraught. I explained the situation, and Jason stated I got this, no worries, we will take care of this. I told him Thank you so much for listening and all your help, I also explained how mean William Kenyon was to me. He told me he would forward my concern. I then the following week called the HR to tell my experience and told my story, I also tried to reach out to the CEO and spoke to the assistant, and asked for the CEO to call me, still no call. My life was in danger due to the overlook of the service before the car had been sold to me. This was a Pre-Owned Certified Mercedes.

Don Vanderschoot is a contentious customer service guy. He is honest, thorough and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer regardless of whether it's convenient for him or not. Always does the best thing for both Mercedes and me.

I enjoy visiting Mercedes Benz of Eldorado! They always exceed my expectations.
Gayton and his crew did a great job as usual!! He even went into our car and found a remote under the seat that I lost over a year ago! I had lost hope and already replaced it. That little bit extra fixed the warning I was getting that the remote needed a battery. Geez, I looked for that thing all over the place for all this time! Of course, we did other preventive maintenance as well, that needs done periodically. Outstanding service once again!
