I concur with number of reviews below regarding the poor service. Delivered my car for service on the 26th March 2019. exactly four weeks later and my car is still not back with me. Every week I get a call from a rather unprofessional service representative telling me that it will be delivered in the following week. I strongly don't recommend them.
the booking and reception of the vehicle was excellent and the work was done in a very timely manner. The vehicle was supposed to come back valeted and it wasn't. I would have liked to discussed a service plan but that wasn't offered at all.
I would like say that I always have a fantastic experience in Mercedes benz of Gatwick.
Why?
Because the staff is very professional, fantastic. You always get the right information about the vehicle. also the service of the vehicle is good.
Not worth any stars. Rubbish service and I now take my car to be serviced at Mercedes Brooklands. I did not realise they serviced cars there or I would have gone there years ago ! Brooklands is owned and run by Daimler Benz !
