Was told a refund check had been processed and sent out to my address on a certain date. The first person couldn t tell me a range of when that would be. Kept checking the mail the next week. Allowed 5 business days to pass. Called them back told them hadn t been received yet and asked again how long it would take. This guy answered 7-10 days. I m assuming business days which is weird I mail something it gets there 3 days max. 10 business days passed no check. Called them again, apparently they gave me the wrong date is was mailed. It didn t get mailed out until a week after they originally said. Now still waiting. If only they would be this accommodating for people who paid late. They expect your payment on time but can t give your money back in a timely manner not a great experience when you kind of count on that for life.

If your thinking about leasing from MBF think again.

They charged me 1421.00 for a lease return that was
returned with 10.000 miles under lease contract and in amazing condition, garage kept no dings and dents.
They claimed it had a scratch on the bumper and the tires needed to be replaced.
They can not be trusted period, they also lost a customer for life. Love their cars but hate their greed.

Really bad experience. This is my second lease with them. The first was excellent, No issues. Now, on my second, very confusing, they do not explain the reasons for problems, making charges and fees. Thanks to MB financial services I will NOT renew for another car next year.

They took a payment out of my account after my car was paid off. I brought this to their attention and received my refund 2 months later. I went to the bank to deposit the check and my bank refused because MBFS made the check payable to MBFS and not me. I will never buy another car from them..

Terrible service and will not lease a car from MB ever again. These people are shady and will do anything for money! Will be happy to switch over to Porsche. Stay away and buyer beware.

I read these reviews and amazed! OMG how can they get away with this?! Just posted all over their Twitter and #MercedesBenzNeverAgain hash tag all over my tweets. It looks like @MercedesBenzFS is responding to people who complained via tweets. It s been two months after my lease is been paid off through 3rd party and account closed. My deposit of $4,500.00 still not refunded. Been fed next weeks every time I call. Or the call accidentally is being dropped.

Just tried to get the payoff statement for my car so I could sell it to Carvana. Honestly, I ve had surgery that took less time and trouble. Yes, they will send you a financial statement, after three calls to get it. But that payoff statement won t include the daily interest rate required by Carvana. Made a fourth call asking them to add that. Was told we can give it to you verbally, but won t give it to you in writing - it s our policy not to do that. Hmmm... so you ll give me a figure so long as there s no legally binding documentation of it???

My wife also tells me that their loan statements never tell you how much of your payment goes to your principal and how much goes toward interest. Put these two thing together and it sure sounds like they re playing games with your loan, making it impossible to know what interest rate you ve really been paying.

Choose someone else to finance your car!

I had paid off my lease and negotiated a payment structure for the wear and tear once returned. At the end of the settlement payment they marked my Experian credit report with an "N" for negative which effected my Fico, I disputed the negative remark and then Experian updates it to a false payment history and repeats the "N", negative remark to 9/2020 when the last payment was made in May of 2014 this should be off my credit record good luck getting MBFS to help and Experian is worthless

I have been waiting on the title for 6 weeks so far, called customer service 6 times, every time they say that they have all the documents ready, and it will take 5-9 business days to reach me, 2 weeks later I call, and go over the same story, nothing ever seems to happen, the calls keep dropping after you stay on hold for 15-20 mins, and they never call back, horrible customer service.

Incompetent to even give y[u a payoff amount. We had to call 5 TIMES and even then, they forgot to include essential information necessary to sell your car. Customer service is absolutely dismal, incompetent and not interested in doing its job.
