Please DO NOT give them your business I guess they have a lot of staff and friends that gave them such a rating. 4.1 Google review, really!!! Here s a bit of my story.

They changed my cars transmission, direction,suspension, gas door tank that doesn t shut properly, fog in the head lights which they tell you is not abnormal, driver heating seat that has an intermittent issue...by the way, did I mention the car is a C300 2015 and lucky me, is still under warranty! I get this isn t this dealers fault but here s what their fault is...They charge you for the regular maintenance but the kicker is, they only do the oil change. The issues that I keep having with the car should if been detected when I dropped the car for the maintenance A service. They do not do anything else other then change the oil but charge you the full maintenance price. I could go on for ever with them as one of my last visits, they gave me a document (7 pages) of things they had to fix including changing the whole transmission. On top of it, when the changed my cars direction in December, the never told me the suspension had a issue so what should of been fixed then, broke and just this week, the had to change the whole suspension. They don t care if you waste your time when you have to drive there back and forth. You have to call, explain your story about the issues your car has then re-explain the whole thing again because they don t read the notes the other person on the phone took...They do not care about your time, your money... I mean they care about YOUR money but not the one you loose while dealing with them! DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES and if you do, DO NOT BUY IT AT THIS DEALER and if you do, DO NOT HAVE IT MAINTAINED THERE!
Thank you for you polical answer customer service manager or "customer service clerk" the car is terrible and so is your service so that's probably why people don't want to talk to you. Not sure if you have the capacity to understand that the way you responded tell people how weak you are. First off, just by mentioning ALL ISSUES are covered under the warranty confirmed that the car is really cheap and also confirms that you don t care about your customers because you make it sound like it s normal to be at the garage on a regular basis! Further more, just by the last line in how you answered, tells people how arrogant and condescending you are and you wonder why I won t answer you call...again, it show your intellectual capacity. And without digging into everyone s issues with Mercedes Laval, a good look in the mirror would do you some good because just by reading your comments to everyone that is trying to give you feedback, you brush it off and make everyone feels they are the issue and certainly not you! Welcome to the family you tell people, you are so right, I saw you more often than my own family!

One of the worst company you will ever face.

I don't usually leave a reviews on google. But this is ridiculous.

They are playing with words over the phone with the customers and sales were done already anyways, who cares. Right?

Please do not lease or purchase Mercedes, this is terrible company to deal with.

Repugnant service. I will never buy another Benz. ...

Repugnant service. I will never buy another Benz. My vehicle was involved in an accident and written off and almost 2 months later, after MULTIPLE calls they are still trying to get a payment out of me. Took 3 calls for them to admit they messed up and to return my money, then after I received a settlement from my insurance, they have just informed me that they will not apply the settlement to my account, until I cough up a phantom payment....even thought he vehicle was written off, and they already refunded me and admitted it was wrong. They literally want me to make a payment for a car that was destroyed, and written off almost 2 months ago!!

I also have GAP insurance, so far thats taken about 4 weeks to "be reviewed". Absolute vampires, and liars.

Worst service in this industry!!! So much bad memories with this terrible company!!! Their service = no service, no respect, no care; They will deduct your 3.5 yrs safety deposit for no reason. Product sold and they left you alone. Don't waste your life and time on them ever again!!

Worst customer service; in fact they are sufficiently self destructive for their own business. I moved from US to Canada and was denied loyalty benefits by dealership saying MBF Canada do not entertain global customers. I contacted directly MBF Canada and MB Corporate office in Canada. Even after contacting many times, I only received an assurance that someone will get back to me by the end of the day, which never happened. I can t imagine an organization treating loyal customers like this. I will be following up my complaint with the NA corporate office and MB head office in Germany. After I copied email to NA & German office, customer service manager MBF Canada contacted informing loyalty discount program is regional and I was a MBF US customer. I asked her why not she escalated my request to senior management instead of sitting on it for 3 days and she didn t respond. Surprisingly response I received from her on email was entirely different, saying that dealership is responsible to give loyalty discount.

My experience is an unexpectedly bad one. As a loyal customer for over 20 years (my self and family of 4) I am not getting a break, considering the unprecedented circumstances we re living due to COVID-19. Refinancing of a Balloon payment is no longer an option at MERCEDES BENZ FINANCIAL! Most people can not pay off 15 grand two days before Christmas!
Shame on you MB Financial!

Time to change brands. Lots of competition out there Mercedes Benz!
