Worst customer service; in fact they are sufficiently self destructive for their own business. I moved from US to Canada and was denied loyalty benefits by dealership saying MBF Canada do not entertain global customers. I contacted directly MBF Canada and MB Corporate office in Canada. Even after contacting many times, I only received an assurance that someone will get back to me by the end of the day, which never happened. I can t imagine an organization treating loyal customers like this. I will be following up my complaint with the NA corporate office and MB head office in Germany. After I copied email to NA & German office, customer service manager MBF Canada contacted informing loyalty discount program is regional and I was a MBF US customer. I asked her why not she escalated my request to senior management instead of sitting on it for 3 days and she didn t respond. Surprisingly response I received from her on email was entirely different, saying that dealership is responsible to give loyalty discount.
