This is my first experience of buying from Mercedes. I have always dreamed of owning a beautiful cabriolet and yesterday that dream came true. Harriet is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when buying a car. Prior to collecting the car Harriet kept me up to date at every stage with calls and emails. As I have never owned a Mercedes before Harriet took extra care during handover, making sure I fully understood the workings of the car and answered any questions I had with absolute clarity. Thanks to Harriet and Tim I will buy from Mercedes again so I will wait for Harriet to call me in a few years and in the meantime I am going to have some fun!!

Visited Mercedes in Nottingham to view the new Mercedes GLE SUV. We were looked after by Phil Lichfield who went above and beyond to help us and show us all of the features on this new car.

We cannot thank him enough for his knowledge and unpushy approach to car sales, it really is a refreshing change and can not recommend him enough.

I was happy to receive the usual prompt and professional service from Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham. I waited in the lounge while having three tyres replaced. The lounge was comfortable and had been made Covid safety measures in place which I found reassuring. M experience was first class.
