This is my first experience of buying from Mercedes. I have always dreamed of owning a beautiful cabriolet and yesterday that dream came true. Harriet is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when buying a car. Prior to collecting the car Harriet kept me up to date at every stage with calls and emails. As I have never owned a Mercedes before Harriet took extra care during handover, making sure I fully understood the workings of the car and answered any questions I had with absolute clarity. Thanks to Harriet and Tim I will buy from Mercedes again so I will wait for Harriet to call me in a few years and in the meantime I am going to have some fun!!
