It is very difficult to visit because the only means of transportation is the car.

If you are a new car user, you can tour the factory if you make a reservation in advance from a dealer.

For me the best place to receive his new "AMG". A very recommendable day, with individual guidance from the Motoren-Manufaktur, the Performance Studio and the Affalterbacher AMG Welt. A visit to the AMG Lounge with the appropriate entertainment and the very personal handover of the vehicle round off this vehicle pick-up to a special and lasting experience. Nice welcome and very friendly staff. With the instruction in the controls one is very hard-working and likes to go into detail. No long waiting time before the vehicle is handed over. A very special place for each of us that owns an Mercedes-AMG. I ve been here on August 1, 2018 with my S204 C63 under a clear blue sky and very hot temperatures and it feld so special to be here with the car. The car i ve drove so many fun and pleasant km s, i drove back to her very own birthplace. Outstanding feelings went through my mind and body. Very clean en slick buildings from te outside, guess what is has to be on the inside. Once, I ll come back here.

Best automobile manufactory in the world I only say Schwabe Power Made in Germany

Not much to see here. They do have a small gift shop with few cars in the showroom. Definitely, this is not museums like Porsche and MBl.

My boss has made a new AMG and there was still a factory tour to the delivery. Since I'm pretty much the first contact person in the technical consulting firm, I was invited to do so.

The tour is absolutely worth seeing, informative and full of technical highlights. Our guide Mr. Brinkmann was open to all questions, knew well both the history of the company and the technical aspects of the production and knew well about less known projects (such as the Mitsubishi Galant AMG) well.

Definitive recommendation for tech-savvy visitors. Five stars all along the line.

I have E55 AMG w210 year 2000. Still 49k miles on it. It's the best.

I drove here with my truck to deliver parts and fetch others. I also had my own tour. I was really lucky sometimes I was allowed to sit in a dtm car

What can you say, AMG is simply AMG. There is no better place for us drivers. The private lounge has become even more fantastic since the renovation, as has the entrance area and the show room. Everything looks very modern and adapted to the brand.
I am always happy to be here and enjoy my stay in the PL with a meal afterwards.

In September 2016 I got the pleasure to get to know AMG at the base. A guide for my wife and me, not a mass event! Super insights, of which, of course, nothing could be captured in pictures (full understanding). Fascinating!

Took the private tour and oh man, was I amazed. You re greeted by the flag of your country at the entrance where there s a showroom with some cars and AMG products for you to shop, the receptionist welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel like you re home. In the tour you get to see the performance center and the production line for their engines, V8 or V12.
The attention they give you, from the receptionist to the tour guide, the coffee they offer you, the flag, everything is special and makes the experience unforgettable.

Factory tour was exciting and educational! The factory guide was nice, competent and the workers are friendly too!

I'm an AMG driver myself. The drive to this place on hakelige, strongly Frequntiert roads are not worth it. You can see 4-5 cars that you could possibly see at a dealer, in a large display case a disassembled 8-cylinder and for the, who must have it fan merchandise. Otherwise you will be referred to dealers. You are quite elitist
The abbot in Kempten is next to the BAB exit. There is a lot more to see.

Bad, way too loud cars. Therefore not to be recommended.

Great host, was invited into the AMG owners private lounge when I told her that Dominic Ang name is on the steps of the stairs to the lounge...in fact Dominic has 4 stars steps for the Japanese Super Taiku Champions In 2011, 2012 & 2013 in a Mercedes AMG SLS GT3

Had the pleasure to attend the AMG emotion tour, this was such great fun. Ever better the expected, 3 course lunch at 5 star hotel. And driving 4 AMG models on local roads and the autobahn
