Awesome staff ! Great service !! Just had my brakes done and oil changed . They had me in and out in no time flat !!

Buying the car was great, sales staff and management that we met were informative and friendly and not pushy. My wife did not enjoy sitting through the finance process and being pushed into buying a $2000.00 extended warranty(which she didn't buy!), she didn't like it and it was discouraging to realize how many things could go wrong with her new car. The warranty seemed a bit high priced for a car that comes with a 5 year warranty. Now I'm relying on Mitsubishi to have built a quality car. Like any new product, you really don't know how good it is for a few years. If it's good car for her we will buy again from Mitsubishi.

They were very nice and respectful. They went out of their way to help me, and got it all done on my I my day off. So great ful!!!

I purchased a Lancer from this establishment. I recently went to trade this vehicle in on a new Ford and learned that there was a mileage inconsistency. I called this location to get an RO number and I was told by someone working in the service department to "go f**k myself" After multiple phone call attempts of being bounced around to different voicemails and being hung up on I was able to get the information I needed. Still the customer services department really needs some classes on dealing with people. I will NOT do business with them ever again (if you can even call this circus a business)

I am very impressed with Mentor Mitsubishi. All of the sales staff were professional and helpful. Our salesperson, Debra, did a nice job helping me decide on the perfect vehicle. I appreciated the test drive (without having a sales person inside) as well as the explanation about how different things in the vehicle work. The service staff are great as well. I look forward to working with this dealership and I recommend them highly. Great cars for a great price and honest people. That is tough to find in the car business!

Their staff was very personable and professional. And, I liked the fact that they were low pressure. That is hard to come by these days. If this new Mitsubishi is as good as the last one I owned, I will be purchasing from them again.

I went in for my first oil change and system check. Not knowing that Mitsubishi was now combined with Kia when I called, the girl told me to hurry on in (to Kia ) and I did. When I got there, Mitsubishi knew nothing of me. But Kelly squeezed me in and got everything done without having to wait a long time.
