Went there to look at cabinets and pricing for our new kitchen and a gentleman named Ian helped us with picking out and making us feel comfortable with the prices! He even had software there to see what it will look like in our kitchen! Well done and recommend them over lowes anyday with the bad experience we had at lowes!

Went in looking for a specific item on sale. There was a sales lady, Savannah who was stocking in the back of the store. We asked her and she looked on her phone to find it. After several minutes, we said we would just keep looking...While up front, and still no luck, she walked up to us with the item!! What a great SURPRISE to see a person who really cares about helping customers!! Thank you Savannah!!!
Menards has what I need at a good price. Sometimes quality could be better but I know what I'm getting so I'm not disappointed. Good selection and employees know what they're talking about most of the time.

This is an amazing store for hardware, plumbing, or anything else you could conceivably need in a home... down to the milk and eggs. As a hobbyist furniture maker, this is where I come to purchase any wood, tools, or other implements I need. The prices are always better than other home improvement stores in the city (including the "big name" stores), and with the frequently-run 11% Off Everything sale (with mail-in rebate), it is an even better place to buy, well, anything. Every time I'm up in Rapid City, this is one of my go-to stops.

Well bought flooring, salesman very inflexible about padding, know it all, me. Wanted to get next product down, made me feel stupid, which I am not, bought my previous floor n pad from you and wasn't made to feel stupid for buying a more affordable pad
Sometimes difficult to find things, just ask, employees will help you out. Great everyday prices. Need to look at quality of something's. Not the best for plants, just be careful.

No willing help to help find what supposedly had in inventory. I asked three different employees for assistance and finally left without my product.
They told me I couldn't bring my kids to shop in their store because of covid19 when kids are out of school and I have no one to watch them. I will not be returning to this franchise at all for any of my shopping.
I used to complain that Menards was hard to get through the over packed aisles and you could never find someone to help you but they have re arranged the aisles to make it easier and i had more than one associate offering help even help loading if I needed it. Nice, refreshing change
Went to Menards for lumber. Was very impressed with their customer service. A gentlman went clear out in the yard to pick us a couple of 2x10 boards. Thank you!
Poor service. Poor quality. Open your packages before you leave they are most likely bent or broken from mishandling.
Coming from Wisconsin where there is a Menards on just about every street corner, it was nice to be able to go for what I needed and get what I was looking for. The Mastercraft tool line is not bad quality and they also handle the GearWrench line.
Privately owned so therefore they will not to service the whole community, just those who do what they want.
The attitude of the workers is pretty bad anyhow and this is not a store I'll ever be going to again

Only got one star so I could review this place is ridiculous can t even get help in lumber yard people drive all around on their lil forklifts but never stop to help waited 20 minutes before calling into store to get help then still waited over 30 minutes!! After all the walking around calling in for help I finally went in got my money back and went to Lowe s had a great experience!

I generally enjoy Menard's very much but today's experience was terrible. It took 45 minutes for them to find our order that was "ready for pickup." The guys at the desk were either ignoring or talking down to my female colleague. And when they finally found our door it was broken and they tried to sell it to us anyway. To top it all off, the yard was messy and unorganized and the forklift drivers have a lax sense of safety. I will avoid this location in the future if I can.
I didn't realize that Menards was now requiring a face mask. When I got to the checkout, the cashier was confrontational and very rude in the way she informed me that I was required to wear a mask.
Has most of anything you'll ever need, there is a snobby guy working in the pro desk, but overall best hardware store by means of product availability
We rented a compressor around 5pm and had a hard time getting help they were all acting like they were tiered and just stood there

We went to Menards to get everything to build our garden box and trellis, and get our fruits and veggies going. I love Menards, and come on, you have to love the 11% rebate on everything! Just know, you have to send in your rebate forms to get the checks, and they take a while, so be patient. Especially these days.
