I've been waiting patiently for covid restriction to lift to set up my new planted tank. It seemed like in store shopping will never be back on the table and then I saw that Menagerie has free delivery. I ordered several live plants, substrate and drift wood for delivery. I simply added them to my cart, selected my delivery window and waited. My delivery was set for any time between 11am and 3pm and by 11:45am I had my order! Service was great and hassle free. The plants look great and healthy. I'll definitely be shopping again!

Amazing store for pet lovers in Toronto. They not only sell anything that you may need for your pet but always take time to give advise.

Trashy service, I sent them a message asking about hedgehogs and if they were on sale. They just left me on seen and removed me from their followers! What kind of service is this! They don t seem to care about their customers at all.

Great customer service and advice. This is a pet shop I feel I can trust. I started my thirty gallon aquarium with these guys. Incredibly knowledgeable, good for support and a wide selection of live fish. These guys do their best even when busy. Worth every dollar.

Got some beautiful guppies for the kids. Picked up at the door and could only trust that the lady would pick out the best of the best for the kids and they were thrilled with her choices. Made for a good day with the kids.

I got my guinea pigs from here almost 5 years ago now. I love this place and to walk around it. Handling the rodents are always a must.. so cute!!

Really disappointed in my latest experience. I m a huge fan of the shop and the team. I purchased my corn snake from Josh, the head of the reptile department, and was told to not worry about needing a vet. Now, when my snake is sick and I have concerns, Josh is blowing me off and ignoring my concerns and belittling me as a customer and as a pet parent. I m completely disappointed in his disregard for customer experience and professionalism. Will be looking for other pet shops to direct my concerns :(

EDIT: The advice I got from another shop ended up helping. If you care about your pets don t trust that these guys will value your concerns.
