Really disappointed in my latest experience. I m a huge fan of the shop and the team. I purchased my corn snake from Josh, the head of the reptile department, and was told to not worry about needing a vet. Now, when my snake is sick and I have concerns, Josh is blowing me off and ignoring my concerns and belittling me as a customer and as a pet parent. I m completely disappointed in his disregard for customer experience and professionalism. Will be looking for other pet shops to direct my concerns :(

EDIT: The advice I got from another shop ended up helping. If you care about your pets don t trust that these guys will value your concerns.
