And the rudeness of the Male triage nurse. I will not be going back here, nor will my children to any of their pediatric facilities.
Came here to get a MRI of my spine. Everyone was really nice and professional. The gentleman doing the MRI was great and very helpful to ease my mild claustrophobia.
Never checked my temperature. Waiting 6 hours just for results from bloodwork. When I asked about it lady said we are just pulling ivs out and letting people leave. The floor and the lights look nice tho
I was in room W214 and I loved Nurse Shelby I don't know how to get her a better review I just loved her and the first nurse that took care on me! Yall are amazing your deserve the world and a huge raise!
Got treated with so much care and respect here thankyou to everyone who help me. Huge private rooms. I really felt I was at a hotel.
Very poor ran E.R. I arrived at 6:04. And was just admitted in the system at 8:10.I Informed them my level of pain is a 10..was finally seen and given a shot to "help"....then I was told it would be another hour. I have not received any pain medication since. I just left and I am still in a lot of pain.
Very unorganized e.r!!.

I do know how it is to work at a hospital, I use to work at St. Lukes in the Medical Center. I gave two stars because of one of the ER workers (James) who understood that it was a long 3 1/2 hour wait for stitches in my son's left big toe. My son added the other .
If you love your family please do not use this hospital. My mother was taken here and was kept for observation for about five days without being admitted. She has Covid but the issue she was having was due to passing out while attempting to use the restroom. So upon discharge there were NO FORMAL INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO. THEY SENT HER HOME WITH A FEVER!! This is what was said "I asked if the instructions were included with the paperwork and the nurse said it should be. Mama said "Thank you for taking care of me." Before I left the nurse said 'you Mother is a sweetheart. Good luck." I feel like they just wrote her off. Fast forward she got up to use the restroom and it happened again and the paramedics had to come back out a second time. I feel like due to her age they just wrote her off. I will be filing a complaint with Medicare and United healthcare and possibly the medical board. Nobody should be treated this way..
This is the worst hospital to go to. I thought it was just me until I checked the reviews.. you guys need better staff period ... I walked out y all were taking to long for little amount of people inside the lobby ... I will never ever go here again
