Be careful when buying an apartment from them, because then they sell a unit like yours for half the price! The construction itself is not the worst, but it still leaves a lot to be desired, several problems in the apartments and in the condominium. Unfortunately they have expanded to such an extent that they seem to be out of control. I am very sorry to have delivered a good part of my money in an "investment" of them. Never.
My experience is terrible with the construction company. The company even luckily has employees who defend the name, but the organization leaves something to be desired. I am having problems with a unit with a very expressive price for the construction defects they present, without the company offering me due attention and return to the procedures. Only sales sectors work, but the return on after-sales and technical assistance is zero.
