The food is always a pleasure in content, flavor, and presentation!! The mood is unhurried and laid back. (The food orders are prompt though!) This BYOB is a delight for all the senses for all seasons. (There's a couple of fire pits for true outdoor relaxation and a porch for those not so adventurous). The seating is flexible to accommodate many different size groups and larger tables can become filled hostel style. What a Great way to make new friends!

I actually planned on eating at another joint but they were closed. I just happened to pass by MellowMindedCafe on the way back. DUDE, it was like a time warp. The music, the decor, the layout. I expected PeterMaxx or EmersonLake&Palmer to appear or maybe TheJacksonFive. They have a breakfast and lunch/dinner menu, many choices. I tried the GrassFedBurger. I thought I'd start simple and be adventurous later. Well, it wasn't your typical burger, but man it was good. Can't wait to try some of their other offerings. You sit inside or outside. You clean up after yourself. But I'm anxious to go back soon. Good food and a unique atmosphere. Kool....

I love this restuarant! They serve the best gluten free and vegan thick fluffy quinoa pancakes I have ever eaten. The serve a lot of gluten free, organic/ local, and vegan/ meataterian meals.

We came with our 4 small boys, 7,5, & 3 yr old twins. The staff made us feel welcome. They knew exactly how to assist us with getting the kids food fast.

This is a great vegan place! (They have food for carnivores too) The vegan BLT was awesome, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Will certainly be coming back!

Came down for the outdoor show in Harrisburg, we stopped in for breakfast. The food was actually quite good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Table service is limited. The decor was really neat also

I was fortunate to discover the Mellow Minded Cafe right before moving away from Harrisburg, but I still try to get back there each time I visit. I've enjoyed their breakfast and lunch offerings immensely and always feel a little happier after eating there as the food is fresh, healthier than most restaurants (by far) and quite tasty. They have a pretty substantial base menu and their specials are always interesting. Whether you want an omelet, fish tacos or one of their awesome club sandwiches, do yourself a favor and give them a try if you haven't already.

Get the grilled cheese sandwich! Loved it. Great place with a good vibe. Little pricey but you re supporting local business. The people are nice and put out good food. When you factor in the quality you get what you pay for. The smoothies are a draw as well. Not my thing but my GF loves them. Modern day hippie interior that works well giving a nice place to have a meeting or first date. Think they sell the artwork as well if you ask.

Attended a group dinner with a customized menu. There is a quaint atmosphere and the food was fresh and tasty. The biscotti was among the best I have ever had. The owner and staff are friendly and responsive to everyone's needs.

I love Mellow Minded Cafe! This my favorite resturant. All who work there are so friendly and professional. We usually run into Amanda there. She always goes out of her way to make you feel so special. Her personality is kind, caring ,and warm. The food is delicious and they are so accommodating in what ever your needs are. The pricing is wonderful as well. The atmosphere of the place is a place to escape to and get away. Mellow Minded Cafe is the whole package. I have recommended it to all my friends when we talk of places to eat.

Delicious smoothies and excellent customer service! I have a banana allergy and really wanted their "Orange Dream Smoothie". I has a ton of delicious and nutritious stuff but unfortunately it also has bananas. I let them know about my allergy and they promptly cleaned out a blender and made me one. Thanks you guys!
And my son got their breakfast burrito, HUMONGOUS! He loved it. We'll definitely be back!

Great place and great food. They are a health conscious place with many choices - they also have options for dairy free, gluten free and vegan. I tried their smoothie (spiced peach) for the 1st time today and it was DELICIOUS!

Avocado toast special was really good and refreshing. Staff is "mellow minded." Environment is clean, positive, and relaxing. Coffee is good too!

There were a variety of vegetarian and gluten free options, a rather hipster place. The food was good and not too expensive overall.

I travel to Harrisburg two weekends out of the year for work, never missing an opportunity to eat @ Mellow. The food is fresh and home made, making it delicious by default. Staff is kind and positive, working hard to offer higher quality meals. Not too pricey, considering that it is high quality eats. If you're in Harrisburg, go there.

I LOVE MELLOW MINDED CAFE! It's full of healthy options and a great environment. It's definitely a place to hangout and catch up with friends with amazing food and smoothies. I've had the grilled cheese sandwich and also one of their salads. Both were great and I recommend checking it out!

Cute, cozy place. I loved eating outdoors. The food was good. The banana strawberry smoothie was definitely not worth the $6.25 I paid. There was one person on the register who doubled as the only waitress.
They have an iPad to process your payment and you are asked to tip before you pay. I recommend you select no tip and pay the tip in cash if possible AFTER the service is rendered.

It's ok, would love if the chefs would not be afraid to use fresh garlic, ginger, seasoning, herbs and spices when cooking.

The atmosphere is great and my tuna melt was delicious. But don't get the clam chowder. It's neither clammy, nor creamy. It's just weird. And I wasn't wowed by the mango peach tea either. It tasted like vaguely peachy water.

I got the vegan veggie fajitas with tempeh! Mmmm delicious! The man who took my order, MADE my order and it is wonderful to know who is making my food. I'm impressed by portion size. I love being included as a vegan in menus like this! I also love the decor here! 5/5 such a great place. I feel like I'm back in Norther Cali! The service is fantastic here as well! This food is obviously crafted by a true chef. Risotto is perfect, flavors are amazing, and service is fast. Its BYOB (and we always do) and the pastries are delicious as well. We love coming here!

Love love love this place. From the first time we came in here for date night the hostess was the best and helped recommend dishes to accommodate our tastes. We came back weeks later and she remembered we have a wedding coming up, and a different dish to recommend for us.
By the 3rd time I finally dubbed this my go to vegan restaurant in the area. The food is amazing and desserts are mouth watering.
