Poor Customer Service Overall, I wanted to purchase a few Bur Blocks from your Company and had a Rep. from your Company stop by the office. I purchased a Bur Block that was missing several burs compared to your catalog pictures and another bur block that damaged a composite during polishing. Overall Poor Customer Service and Quality of Burs. I received no resolution from your company and it is not great customer service when you asked what dental company sold me your product and you telling me to ask for an exchange or return from them. Totally 1 Star and Thumbs Down!
Ordered custom bur blocks that broke within a year. The Meisinger Rep said she would order new ones at no cost. Surprise I get a bill for the new bur blocks that are again breaking. Meisinger lied and said it would be free and then charged without my consent and then their product still breaks. Finally 6 months later got credit and it took a 1 star review.
