Ordered custom bur blocks that broke within a year...

Ordered custom bur blocks that broke within a year. The Meisinger Rep said she would order new ones at no cost. Surprise I get a bill for the new bur blocks that are again breaking. Meisinger lied and said it would be free and then charged without my consent and then their product still breaks.

Finally 6 months later got credit and it took a 1 star review.
