Rendeltem 6 db radiátort amit a 2. emeletre kellett volna felvinni. Felhívtam őket, ahol bunkó stílusban közölték, hogy nem vállalják az emeletre való felvitelt. A kolléganő azt a választ adta, hogy nem tud hozzászólni, őt ez nem érdekli. Kapcsolta a kolléganőjét, aki flegmán kioktatott, hogy ők ilyet nem vállalnak, és mit képzelek én, hogy számon kérem őket. Ilyen hozzáállás számomra felháborító!
