I signed up both broadband and power. Their agent told me everything would be taken care of. well it wasn't and my previous internet provider charged me for not giving them notice. So now they tell me i was told to contact my previous provider. They say I was given a pamphlet when I signed up. I was not given this pamphlet when I signed up and was never told verbally I must contact my previous provider. In fact this so called pamphlet has just been mentioned several weeks after I complained. I have yet to see this pamphlet even though I have asked for a copy. I also asked for emails regarding this. They seem like amateurs in handling my complaint. I don't think I should be out of pocket for their error.
Very poor service and misleading. I am to make an official complaint under the fair trading ACT How can you be so MISLEADING!!!!

I see your reply and now after a long time I have the leaflet that was meant to be left with me when i signed up. Also I now have a copy of the contract that was meant to be left with me on the night I signed up. It has taken some time to finally receive these.

Had issues connecting to the internet. Andre was awesome and patiently went through different checks and setups. Figured out finally, Chorus had changed the fibre box of another address. ( not their fault, mixup of house numbers which the council changed a couple of years back). What was important was that the source of the problem was identified and rectified within an hour. Followed up as promised. Great experience so far. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I was very interested in looking at the Megatel Plan, and Bhavya was so responsive in explaining what I could do to save money. He has a very pleasant personality and was very efficient in presenting and completing the contract.

We had quite a challenge to get fibre connected at our newly built house. Although it was no fault of Megatel's, they went out of their way to help us and keep us informed of developments. We are delighted with the service we've received.
