It has been almost 6 weeks since I requested a plumbing quote. Neither telephone mail level, I am on my 4th email to the person concerned. Unbelievable. And this Ste is approved by our trustee !!!!

after moving into a brand new residence, the hot water network is still not working and Balas is unnamed in taking matters into his own hands.
A real pleasure to wait for hot water for long minutes as soon as you want to use it, or even to resign yourself to shampooing with cold water in the middle of winter!
After having superbly ignored our reminders so that our reservations are processed for more than a year, Balas had to be summoned by the trustee to finally come on site to see the problems, and after several weeks of "investigation", still no result! It is true that designing a hot water network in 2018 is really an achievement, and breaking through even more communication ...
The least we can say is that Balas does not shine either by its know-how or its sense of customer service.
I still put a star because thank God we have water circulating in the pipes! Wonderful!

it is a family business that dates back over 200 years today there are many trades such as electrical, roofing, plumber, climate engineering, masonry and the trade of manufacturing industrial kitchen the group works a lot with cities , state and monuments of state heritage and many more.

To avoid for a roof check (M. CUNHA) !!! unnecessary intervention which made me lose months before repairing my roof, big leak in the apartment and told me that the roof is good, no problem on this side. 5 months later another company (competent this time) passes because still a big leak at the roof level: He was not able to see a crack in the concrete, a badly placed tile and unable to notice that it there was the conduit for a VMC and no VMC to install !! Dare to tell me that it is a ventilation problem and that I have to make another hole in the ceiling ... I do not recommend this company at all for the cover !!

Serious business. Following my call this morning, they came at 3 p.m. for a simple change of security group on hot water tank. The price is communicated over the phone before the intervention (travel + labor). It remains to add the price of the security group. A priori, no bad surprise on the price ... even if I am waiting for the invoice. Quick and efficient intervention. The plumber is friendly and gives advice.
