Had a lovely Christmas meal in the hotel's private dining room. Their gourmet festive menu was delish: pork terrine, goose and choc fondant and the service very good even though we were a little tucked away. Would recommend for groups medium to large.

The Megaro hotel is pleasant and a very genuine-feeling hotel within line-of-sight of Kings Cross.

It's location is it's biggest selling point, 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross and St. Pancras.

The room I stayed in was clean, warm and provided the amenities you'd expect. A fridge, kettle, coffee machine. No iron in the room however a request was all it took for a member of staff to diligently and swiftly deliver one with a board to my room with a smile.

The service was top notch from start to finish with every attempt made to accommodate my small requests.

One gripe I had was my room had a bath and shower with an open side area which meant water would splash out of the bath and land on the floor outside. Granted the floor was heated and would eventually evaporate the water but just felt like a simple shower curtain or larger glass panel was all that would be needed to prevent something like that happening.

It made the body facing jets impossible to use because it led to a watery mess.

In any case, the view of Kings Cross station from the room was great and opening a window will greet you with the typical hustle and bustle London traffic has to offer but take that as a given for the very convenient location. Great hotel, would recommend.

Really spacious room and good mattress and pillows. Super location at only 3 mins from Kings Cross St Pancras which makes it super good to reach. Quiet nevertheless, slept very well. Did not make use of breakfast or the bar, so cannot comment on that. Enjoyable overall.

Fun, quirky boutique hotel in a great central location. Was there two nights for a business event in the area and enjoyed my stay. Only downside to me is that it was quite noisy at night. I was also dealt a really average and boring looking room compared to my colleagues who all had fun themed ones for some reason. Regardless, won't hesitate to go back for a short stay.

This hotel is right by the king's cross underground and train stations making it a great place to stay if your visiting London. The room was good overall. The staff were incredibly friendly. Check in/out was easy. I would recommend this hotel.

Was upgraded to a designed room. Very nice decor. Loved the espresso machine. Eatery is a little strange. Excellent shower and bed very comfy. I reduced one star because this was a work trip, but my room had no work desk.

Very nice place, the building is both very good looking inside and outside with a modern look. Perfectly located too.
Personal was very friendly and room had everything you could wish for: comfortable, and quiet.
