In my life I have often used delivery services from Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Of course, Ukrposhta has taken many steps forward - this is digitalization, and the restructuring of logistics, and innovation. But this month, receiving a parcel from abroad, I had to voluntarily and forcibly use the services of Meest.

So, on February 9, a message came that the parcel had arrived. On February 11, the cell was empty at the post office when it was opened. Immediately left a statement by phone on the hotline.

I'm waiting for a day or two, I forgot about it, it's been more than a week, I'm calling them again on Saturday, February 20. The operator was surprised that so much time had passed, said that they usually receive information for the day, said that on Monday they will solve my question. I emphasize the promptness to immediately take video from the cameras, if any, whether the courier brought, whether there was such a fact.

And here is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, today (Friday) I call them (for the third time) - they say they will only find out where the parcel is, my statements are recorded on February 11 and 22. How long will it take? They don't know, day, two, five. What have they been doing so far? Unknown. But 14 days have passed. And no (even intermediate) result.
