Maintenance dept. is the WORST I've ever encountered. We bought a vehicle there and the maintenance agreement. So when it was time to get the oil change, and it should of taken an hour it took 2 hours and 16 min. Ask why they were celebrating and eating cake. NEVER BUY THE SERVICE PLAN..

I had to looked fora car. Meved called me for 3 weeks and offered to pick me up. I went in for the car and signed a contract. Then after a month they called me and said to bring the car back or they were going to send the repo guy to my home. The fiance manager called me on day threatening me to bring the car back or I was in trouble was very rude. I had the car a month then they decided that I was not qualified. I had sold my car left me with no car and left me threatening messages. They called me for 3 weeks to biy come a car and offered to pick me up now I'm with our a car. I had bought cars from Meved before never have been though this. I thought once you signed a contract it's a binding document? Dose anyone know where I can go. Oh not only that they contacted every financial institution and now my credit score went really down they went to like 10 or more after going and they said they already had me financed! To leave threatening messages was to much from a person that is a manager. Thanks for levering me with no car! They don't stand behind the contract but we have to!!!!

Our sales rep was Tom. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with our question.

Rude rude rude!!! Made it through the door, got a look like I was at the wrong establishment. Asked for a credit app, the guy handed it to me and walked away. Felt like I was intruding so i left, went to autonation and left with a new car!!

My sister is 24 she wanted to trade in her car, they told her she cannot trade in her car because it was not worth it. So she bought a car and now she has 2 cars she took the car back she wanted to take it back they told her she cannot return the car she put down 1600 and didn't ask for any money she wanted a different car so she wanted to return them today they said now you can trade in your old car for what you want but you have to keep the other car to what kind of car place is this taking advantage of young people just to make some money

Financed my first car from here! O have to say the sales associates are very pushy, which every car sales men are. really though.

Horrible customer service unless they're selling a car. We decided to trade our car back to them and the refused to give us both keys back. They hounded us to give them the keys but claim they only got 1 then tell us that they cant "afford" to cut us a new one.

Great experience. All the staff are friendly, and you never feel pressured to buy a car. Their communication is great, I was able to schedule a test drive and get information about the car before arriving. Sean helped me out, he made the entire process super easy. He was transparent the whole time and never tried to pressure me into making a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new car.

Not a fan. Recently Meshed had a "contest" and we "supposedly" had the winning ticket. Turned out they said their printer made a mistake and sent out hundreds of "winning tickets" and were not honoring them. Great first impression Medved.

Being from out of town, I really appreciated them working me in. When I called I was told that they didn't have any openings until late afternoon. But after hearing my situation and that I was from out of town, they said they would work me in right then. THANK YOU!!!

Back to the dealer again! As usual it was a great experience thanks to Joel and his technicians in the service department. I'll be back again next week with a work truck, this time it was a personal vehicle needing some certified technician maintenance. I can't stress enough the customer service and knowledge that Joel possesses. It's very comforting having a service advisor like Joel and his certified technician team! Thank you to you ALL! Keep up the great work everyone! Joel needs a raise by the way!

This place is horrible. I got the run around, too many hands in the pot. Johnny V in sales, manager maybe, made promises of lowering price and then blowing me off because I didn't buy right on spot. Car wasn't detailed before we test drove it, meaning the air freshener hanging on mirror was so overwhelming so you couldn't smell that the car was smoked in. That wasn't disclosed in carfax. Was told the vehicle was ready for me and we had to wait 45 mins for it to be "cleaned." Took it home for a take away test drive, had to put gas in it because it was empty, and when I returned had gas in there and when I took vehicle home the gas was gone and there was miles I didn't put on vehicle. Marc, another person in sales, was pushy and told us we would be in and out signing papers and getting vehicle and we were there so late they needed to close and we needed to come back. I went to the dealership 5x before this deal was made and each time with both my small children and wasted hours trying to buy my vehicle.
I had already placed my down-payment and told vehicle was mine. Sales manager Tanner tried to come at me with the most disrespectful approach. Apologized when I cleared up the situation with him. He also made a promise to lower price and that was overlooked when I signed paperwork. Vehxile was not ready as promised and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Drove vehicle off the lot and almost ran out of gas trying to make the gas station.
I'm so disappointed in my car buying experience. The last time I bought, 2018, things were super different. Car was cleaned. Car mats put in. Car filled with gas. Everything was disclosed to you. People communicating with one another. Instead I spoke with 3 different sales, promises of lowering vehicle price, trying to reneg out of it. A salesman with me throughout this entire ordeal and yet didn't communicate with sales or managers situation going on. They don't have their affairs in order. They try and be nice to get your business and if you need to think about it, you're dismissed in their eyes. What a terrible ordeal trying to buy a vehicle big enough for my family.

Yesterday I wrote a review complaining about a salesman named Jimmie as we talked and I asked for him to get me his bottom dollar on a car and he said he would see what they could do and call me back. I never heard back from him.. The response I got from the dealership was " We don't have anyone here by that name" The next e-mail i opened was from Jimmie at Medved Auto Complex saying the car is still available To be clear I spelled Jimmy and He responded as Jimmie

Larry was extremely rude and pushy!!! I do not like being talked down to or lied to! The one star is for the salesman Joe, that's the only reason they have one star from me! I will never purchase a vehicle from this place ..... Never!

Scam. If your a first time buyer, veteran, or elder take your business somewhere else. I promise you they'll throw around number giving the illusion of a good deal but they are giving you a run for your money.

Bought a car from Medved Cadillac. The car has had numerous issues since I bought it and dealing with their service center (and customer service in general) I d say one would expect better service dealing with a used car lot. I ve been calling for weeks trying to get warranty work done on the lemon they sold me. The only person I ve managed to get on the phone is their oblivious robot of a receptionist who might let one speak for a couple seconds before she transfers you to eternal call waiting or Doug s voicemail (Doug never answers). I ve owned other brands of luxury cars as well as used clunkers. This dealership gives lousy service compared to the standards of a used car dealership; they don t even come close to comparing with the service expect from a luxury car dealerships.

My family has relied on medved for several of our autos since i was little. I'd recommend for your primarily Chevy/Cadillac though they handle more than just those models of cars. Including quality used vehicles as well as new.
