Bought a car from Medved Cadillac. The car has had numerous issues since I bought it and dealing with their service center (and customer service in general) I d say one would expect better service dealing with a used car lot. I ve been calling for weeks trying to get warranty work done on the lemon they sold me. The only person I ve managed to get on the phone is their oblivious robot of a receptionist who might let one speak for a couple seconds before she transfers you to eternal call waiting or Doug s voicemail (Doug never answers). I ve owned other brands of luxury cars as well as used clunkers. This dealership gives lousy service compared to the standards of a used car dealership; they don t even come close to comparing with the service expect from a luxury car dealerships.
