Ik it s just a review, so it won t matter. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion SE, and it came with the sync option. Heading to work next day and after figuring out what it was, (at the time I didn t know what sync was), sync didn t work. This is my first really new car I bought on my own. Check s as lol featured before buying a car here, just so you don t have to go through all that.

The car salesman here think they are slick and will try to rip you off. I will never buy from here.

Went there for a job interview.heard nothing. But seems like a good place to work. Friendly people and seems like a good environment to work.

The service department is great. Had my brakes done and it was an easy setup for the appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. Prices were reasonable and the work was top notch.

Took a few minutes to drop my car off for oil change at 11a and it was read by 3p. Quick and easy. Big open outdoor area for social distanced check in. Highly recommended.

This was my fist time buying from a dealer in over a decade. Jeff (at the chevy building) was very knowledgeable and gave the car a once over before I made the trip down to test drive. Happy customer (so far- haven't actually picked it up yet).

I had a great experience at Medved. I worked with AJ, who was great. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The process and paperwork was simple and straightforward. It went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend buying from here.

Sam Mittan will sell you a car or truck, like no one ever has. I've bought 30 or more vehicles from him. He's no b.s. , lowest prices right at the start, all the rebates and special manufacturers deals he finds for you, and car is full of gas and expertly detailed when you pick it up. He can arrange all the extras, like long term warranties, at a great rate, built in to your quotes, so you don't have get the "sales pitch" after the sale, by finance guy. I just go in, start signing and I'm done. I think car/Truck buying in most places is annoying. Mr Medved, and Sam don't play that game. Single vehicle or multiple for a small or medium sized business- Sam and Medved are your best friends. ( And , if later on you have some issues with Service, or need a ride, they will help you, and work with all parts of dealership for best pricing and discounts and fighting with GM if needed to get you satisfied). As a side note, you can walk right in to Mr. Medved's office, or find him on the floor, greeting and overseeing his dealership and making contact and sincerely appreciating his customers.

Aggghhh wish I would have gone to another KIA dealer.

Medved is amazing so giving. I would recommend them to everyone. Josh is beyond awesome so helpful and they care about there customers were not just customers were family. The staff is beyond helpful and I thank them. May God continue to bless them.

This place and the people that work in it are wonderful!! Jay bush was respectful, honest, and kept working until we found a deal I could live with. And that's putting it lightly! I can't say enough positives about this team. I was in a difficult spot and they found a way to help me! Thank God for this team I now have a vehicle I trust, and feel like I regained my freedom! Seemed crooked. Looked at a scratch and gave me a $1000 quote, without touching the vehicle. The quote was only to determine if there was more damage!

When I went to buy a car very helpful and was able to get me financing. Only part didnt like the car wasn't detailed and radio doesn't work and they said they would clean and fix but didnt stick to it.

I would rate this the service the absolute worst. They left me waiting for 5 Hours and never touched my car. I had to drive back home. 3 days before they worked on it.

I don't typically write reviews but I am doing it now. I was ready to purchase a very nice used Kia Sorento. Medved was waiting for the financing of the New Car to go through before actually "selling" the Kia to me, and suggested I put money down on the Kia because it will sell in nano second. I did that with the agreement that the check would be held until the whole deal was done. THEY CASHED THE CHECK point being they didn't do what they said would do. I also wanted to take the Sorento to my mechanic to check it out......LOVE and Trust my mechanic....the salesman told me NO they don't allow that, I asked why...he said that Mr. Medved was tired of mechanics ripping parts off of cars........so when i found out that they deposited my check I got pretty upset .....the finance manager called me and i wasn't very nice told him it BS that I couldn't take the car to my mechanic and that i was lied to about the check....he apologized and got the ok to let me take the kia to my mechanic. Did that it checked pretty well however the splash guard under the car had a big hole in it. Sales guy said oh we'll fix that ...COOL.........called me back and NO we won't cost too much money..........at that point i said Forget the deal, give me my money back.......that took 2 days...........So NO i will never recommend Medved. If I could post NO STARS I would but I can't.

Did there push pull trade in and everything went great got into the car we wanted. Dez was great showing us around

Shelby was amazing, efficient, and very transparent about some "issues" she discovered. She wasn't able to help me directly with everyone on the day of, but she gave me the contacts I needed to get in touch with on Monday to follow up. She was pleasent and a great representation of MedVed. Spoke with Dan (Svc Manger) on Monday, and he researched the issues dating back to before my car was purchased by me in order to determine where the issue started and how he could best to get it fixed for me. He asked me to come in same day so that he could get the info he needed to initiate the process. Amazing service, I am happy.

Very disappointed in customer service management and the lack of compassion for the customer! Took several months to get back with me and still were not standing behind their word their profit margin is the bottom line priority!

We weren't planning on buying a car that day but we got an awesome salesman Jay that cut through the bs and gave us a fair price. Plus they lived up to 3,500.00 dollar trade in on a 09 camera that was worth 700 dollars on a good day.

I bought a car here years ago, and they kept in contact with me when I was ready to buy a new one. Friendly employees there who just want to help, they really helped me when I was cranky and tired from driving up there in the snow. I appreciated the service and will likely buy my next car through them.

The sales man was great can't remember his name cause it was so long ago but he's was kind. HOWEVER the car he sold us (a PT cruiser) needed a bit of work done to get ride of a knocking noise and replacing the windshield. Never heard back from them when it was complete. After a month we tried calling to get an update, they have no record. So we wanted our money back, no response. I've spent the last 2 1/2 years trying to get my money back and they just won't talk to me anymore. NEVER AGAIN

I worked with Dominic to buy my new car. They made everything about the process easy and low stress. They were flexible and helpful in explaining everything I needed to know to finance. It was my first time financing but they made sure to assist me to get the best financing options. My car payment is under 300$ a month. Plus for the trade in, I got a great value for my old car, they towed it for me! From Greenwood Village.

My daughter bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu and I bought a 2020 Kia Sportage from Medved. We both LOVE our vehicles and couldn't be happier. Staff is friendly and outgoing, buying process is easy, they have a lot of vehicles to choose from, and if they don't have exactly what you want, they'll order it for you. The Kia Service center is AMAZING! I get all my oil changes and maintenance on my vehicle there and they do an outstanding job. They offer a shuttle to work or back home and they pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I recommend Medved to all my family and friends. If you buy a Kia see Nate Matsoukas(he's honest, trustworthy, and just an all around great guy) The manager at Kia(Ryan) is super sweet and goes above and beyond for his customers.

In 2015 my Daughter purchased a 2014 Ford Escape. This year as she was about to drive with her toddler the door latch wouldn't stay latched. We did some research and found out there was a recall for her make and model. Took it in to a dealership and they were all replaced. Turns out the recall was issued PRIOR to them selling her the car. They had an ethical responsibility to replace those parts before selling her the car. This is truly a disturbing lack of regard to human safety! Buyer BEWARE!

I have been getting my company vehicle repaired here for years. The mechanics do good work and joel the service writer is very easy to work with and is knowledgeable and explains what needs to be repaired in an easy to understand conversation.

Bought a car from this dealership and later went in to pay the other half of agreed deposit and was told to come back because all the managers and finance people were in a meeting. Customers clearly don't come first at this dealership, a 5 star dealership would have someone available.

I purchased a Truck around a month ago from Medved. They got me really good Financing when I didn t think I was even going to qualify for the purchase.

Due to some unfortunate events that transpired I ended up having to bring it back. At first I was not happy, livid actually. I sat down and talked with the GM and my sales person Bill Maffeo and explained my displeasure.

They had a few trucks picked out for me to look at and test drive. I found one I liked and they not only did they correct a really bad situation they got me into a newer truck with a better interest rate.

I want to thank Medved for taking a really bad situation and correcting it while staying very professional throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Bill Maffeo for being so professional through out both buying processes.

Everyone here was extremely nice. Eli was a big help in getting me a new.car

By far the worst experience I've had attempting to purchase a car. None of the cars had prices on them, and every time we ask for a price the salesman had to check with a manager. Not to mention blatantly blew cigarette smoke in my girlfriends face. The push pull and drag is a joke and prices get jacked up to substitute the difference. I will never go near that dealership again.

Son bought a car from here. Wife and I had to go in to co-sign. The finance person, Hunter, was extremely nice and helpful.

I have been coming here for 14 years would not go anywhere else in the Denver area. Best service departments around.

Worst experience ever. The sales staff are pushy and rude and they make jokes about the way people look, dress, especially if you are a female who just happens to look like a male. Thankfully my lesbian friend decided to go buy a car elsewhere! Took her to nations auto and she bought her new car there. While being treated like a normal human being.

Highly recommend Medved for all of your automotive needs. Kyle, Willy, and George are all top notch professionals. But not only them, the company itself cares about their customers and is a stand up organization. I won't go anywhere else for a vehicle, new or used they've got you covered.

Larry was our sales person. He insulted me and my husband repeatedly! Tried over 20 places to get me a loan, which cause our credit to tank. After 45 days we had to bring the car back. Then they sold my trade in, and tried to tell me they didn't have to give me more than a dollar for it because that is what was on the paperwork, but they did give me some money for it. Worst experience I ever had with buying a car!

Very disappointed in how we were treated, sat for 6 hours with a 3 year old, never received my new tires because of "paperwork ", which via ph conversations with manufacturer of tire and josh in service I was told tires would be replaced...but the day I was there josh kept pushing me off and he finally left and never returned so I gave up after 6 hours and left with near bald tires, 22k of a 60k warrenty tires...I've driven to kia for several years from East mnts, Eagle, Colorado, takes me nearly 3 hours on a good day...then all josh wants to do is give me $10 credit a tire??? No!!! That is NOT WHAT the manufacturer stated on our phone 3 way call..so now after josh not returning calls or emails, we are out new tires..wow..Thanks Kia for YOUR LOYALTY..YOU HAD MINE

Medved autoplex is so wonderful. They are very giving and actually have not ever seen a dealership like this before. They deserve all five stars for their hospitality and customer service alone!

Service department is always helpful, excellent service. Kind caring and good mechanics, excellent work. Service staff helps me solve any issues. Joel is great. I have been coming here for 8 years, since I purchased my Camaro from Medved in Wheatridge. We also have a GMC Sierra truck purchased from them.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, very efficient and told me everything I needed to know! Thank you!

Andrew Gill was outstanding. He was positive and solution oriented. If he didn't know the answer to a question then he always followed up to provide the answer, even when I forgot that I asked the question. Positive 2nd purchasing experience at Merced. Great job.

I feel like I was taken advantage of as as disabled veteran, I have several mental conditions. I was told to make another payment on the truck I was trading in, so I did. I was told I would get most of that payment back. They waited until the last minute to pay off my loan, using my money. I cant put my finger on it, but I'm sure the cheated me.

Yesterday I went in to Merved looking for a vehicle I had seen online. I wasn t planning on purchasing just yet. I have not purchased a vehicle for almost 10 years now. I went in and AJ was my salesman, right from the start he was amazing, kind and very assuring. He did help me get to a payment I was comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to AJ.

My wife and I went in to purchase a 2020 Chevy Trax that was on the website for $17,101. We were told by Jessica that they had the Dark Silver in stock and would have it ready when we got in and that my wife would qualify for the "First Responders Discount". We got there and were told that the dark silver was not available but they could get it for us. Then after a wait we were told that we could not get the dark silver and the one we test drove was the only one for that price and we cold not get the "First Responders Discount" as we were previously told. According to their own website they offer 0% APR on the ad for this price on this vehicle but even with my wife and I both having 780 plus credit scores they were trying to do 4.99% and acted like it was a GREAT rate. After waiting over 2 hours with 3 children we talked to the financing manager and were told that since we were upset with them for all of the lying they had been doing that they did not want to do business with us so we ended up leaving with nothing. It is sad that ALL WE WANTED was for them to honor their own advertisement but yet they were not willing to even do that! I will NEVER use this dealership for anything and I strongly suggest that you do the same! They will try and rip you off whenever they can! Oh and also a week later they still have one of each color Trax on their website listed for $17,101 but I bet if you try to go in and buy it they will have JUST sold it!! Classic bait and switch! Now they say in the response below that the Trax I was interested in was set aside for a giveaway to family in need? Yet it they list it as for sale on their website? And still to this day they have one listed for the quoted price of $17,101 on their website? Just yet another excuse, do yourself a favor and never use MedVed!

Service here is horrible. If you want to buy a car, call and see if you can get in touch with someone in service. Nope and they will not call you back.

Bought my first brand new SUV from there and they made the experience great, excellent customer service, very down to earth people that give u their full attention and try to make it as easy as possible.
