I took a prescription to the office in April for a dollar of. I called on a monthly basis and they said it was on backorder.
I called again on July 19, 2017 and they could not find a record of my prescription. It has been almost 4 months. They don't even know whether the staff put my script in the computer. Now I have to go to the doctor to get another script to take to another medical supply company. This is truly bad business.

Absolutely horrible service and rude personnel, ive dealt with this company for 4 years and i cannot stand them, hands down the worst company i have ever dealt with with any matter, im looking for an alternative for cpap supplies, any suggestions?

BEWARE!!! ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST ORGANIZATIONS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! They're rude, extremely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and simply inept. There is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect with my orders, and they are EXTREMELY difficult to deal with when trying to correct it. ****On two different occasions they removed my co-pay for incorrect orders, BUT they didn't credit my insurance company or withdraw the claim. I found this out when I tried to switch to another company, and my insurance company denied it, stating that I was not yet eligible for supplies because it had recently received supplies from MedTix. I did receive some, but MedTix still billed the insurance company for what was incorrect and returned to them. Sounds like insurance fraud to me!

I have called numerous times and left messages and have never gotten a call back. Ever. I just tried calling and their mailbox is full. How the hell am i supposed to order supplies? Something that we actually NEED. If I could transfer I would. The one in Dover is so much better than this and I didn't want to drive all the way to Milford but it seems like I have to now. I'm pissed. SO PISSED! Is there someone that we can report these problems to?!

Can never get ahold of them by phone. Have to drive there to get a simple answer. CPAP supplies arrive irregularly. They refuse to even try to get the cushion that works well for me and I have to buy online out of pocket. Never got my one year supplies due in May and rude service on top of everything else. Hope I can find another company that takes my insurance.
BTW I am also a home health nurse and I do get patients looking for recommendations for a supplier.

Horrible service: recently moved into there area. On December 12, I gave them a list of exactly what I needed to reorder. They already had all other information (Dr. script copy of sleep test, etc.)I t is now January 9th and cpap supplies yet arrive despite several calls. This company really has no reason to exist.

My cpap mask broke, so I ordered a new one through Medtix. Two and one half weeks later, I finally received my box of supplies. What was in it? Nothing but tubing, no mask! I left a message for the Medtix supervisor, Amy to please call me. Three o'clock the next afternoon and no response, so I had to call her.

I asked if she had received my message, and she played dumb. I explained to her that I've been without a mask for over 2 weeks, which is not healthy for patients with sleep apnea. In the past, I would receive my mask the same week, but now she states that 2 weeks is normal while they reorganize.

I asked her again if she received a message from a Rick. She told me that she received an email from one of her workers telling her to call a Rick. I asked her why she didn't return my call then. Her answer was, "I'm talking to you now aren't I"? I told her, "I HAD TO CONTACT YOU! Then she lies and says, "I'm still going through my emails". I told her, "Obviously you had seen mine because you remembered my name, so what's the excuse now? I explained that her workers follow her lead, so what kind of example is she setting for them?

When we will finished our conversation, I asked if there was anybody, either in a corporate office or somebody over her, that I could speak to. I was shocked to hear that she was the individual that runs Medtix! I stated, "You're over everybody and you can't call back a customer" ? I continued, "What kind of example are you setting for your workers, and what kind of business do you run when you ignore customers requests to contact them"?

Reading through past reviews they've received, I couldn't believe their rating, is an unbelievable ONE! Having dealt with Amy and her poor customer service, I can see why their ratings are so low, and confirmed to me that my rating of ONE, is richly deserved.

I have begun my search for a new and more professionally run medical supplier.
