I Highly recommend Medprevent, their staff are very professional and extremely efficient, Dr. Dominik Chrzan is beyond amazing, he takes his time always to resolve and advise you on your personal health issues.
I do not think it's the Doctors fault however they are unprofessional and rude.
To much automation and not enough human interaction! I got a call in San Diego last week to go for a blood test I live in Florida coral springs. I told them it was impossible so we rescheduled for today 10:45 am.
At 11:05 I ask them could you please update me on when I will be in for my blood test.
We can't were busy!

Doctors at the practice are very knowledgeable, but requires the assistance/help from their Very Unprofessional staff. I had a terrible experience involving my daughter and their office manager, who should be available to desescalate a situation, she instead was very Rude, Unprofessional and did not lift a finger to assist in anyway possible. When my daughter called her out because of her attitude, she, along with their receptionist, began to laugh and then they both got up and walked away, offering no assistance to the problematic situation their Office put us in. The doctor later called me, to apologize for her part of the chaos and also offered a possible solution. I attempted to File a Formal Complaint regarding our treatment, but discovered the Practice is not affiliated with Tentet Physician Services. This now serves as my Avenue to Alert the Community regarding my experience and as I suggested to Tenet initially and one of the Practicing Physician's, some of their staff requiring Customer Service Training because Patient Care is not deserving of Rude, Unprofessional, Immature Treatment of Staff employed at a Doctor's Office.

Dr. Chrzan has been my primary physician for about a year and I have found him and his staff to be very competent and pleasant. I have worked with half a dozen members of his staff and they have all been superb in my several appointments.
I had a wonderful experience and I saw the Nurse practitioner. She is the best. I can say better then any Doctor I ve seen in my life I was surprised with the level of personal attention and how medications were explained to me. How she went over all my options was very pleasant and informative. I won t ever see someone else.
Dr.Chrzan and his staff are very caring!!! So nice to have doctors who care and take the time to discuss your reaults. He definitely doesn t make you feel like just another number. Thank you doc for spending all that time with me and going over everything. Highly recommend him!

This is the best primary care service I have ever received. Dr. Chrzan and all his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and compassionate. I am incredibly fortunate to have found them. Dr. Chrzan truly listens and has been able to help me improve all aspects of my health. I can't thank you enough!!!
Dr. Chrzan, Alla NP and Marina PA are amazing. They take their time and listen to you. I love that they practice both traditional and alternative therapy. The staff is so nice and always accommodating. I highly recommend them!!
This was a good place when he started now you can never get into see him, and his staff when you call in is horrible. They always sent you to see the PA you can ever get an appointment. Be ready to wait if you do get in your there for hours. If you want copies of your records it costs dearly.
There are too many other dr that care don t waste your time.
I couldn't be more disappointed. I had an anxiety prescription with this doctor and lost the bottle in a move I made. This is not the type of prescription you can just go off cold turkey (reading about it it's actually very dangerous). The doctor refuses to give me a refill on this prescription to at least ween off of it. I moved and live far away and in between jobs and starting my own business. They are trying to force my hand to come in for an appointment just to make money to right me a re-fill request. This is not the type of doctor I want I need a doctor that puts health first. I even explained I would come in for an appointment when I get my new insurance next month and like I said this is not the type of medication you can just stop and he knows that. He's ok while paying him money but as soon as you stop he would rather see you suffer.
