Dear Robert and Eveline, thank you so much for guiding us so well !!! Met for the first time at the fair in Antwerp, then very good follow-up regarding what we discussed on the spot. Once arrived in Spain a very pleasant introduction to Robert, after 2 hours it was already settled! After 2 days everything arranged with lawyer and notary, all materials, kitchen, special wishes etc. We go home with confidence. Continue working with Bart from now on. Highly recommended!!!! Think we have a friend with it !!! Thanks again and we will definitely advertise for you

SHATTERED DREAMS

If I could give less than 1star I would, in fact I would give Medland Spain minus 100.Why? well let me go back to October 2019 when we arranged a visit to a New Build Property at the Panoramic Beach Resort Finistrat.
Before the visit we gave Medland our Criteria, which was quiet easy,
Key Ready. Townhouse. Pool, gardens. 10/15 minutes to the beach.
2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms.
Key ready was most important because we were leaving France on the 21st December 2019.
We arranged accommodation in Busot for a week in October 2019,
we were collected by a very nice man from Medland Theo who transported us to the only house which he said met to our criteria.
The house we visited (and purchased) was about 85% complete, it was going to be a show house ?? it appeared a nice house with great views.
The sales details we had from Medland stated that the house was 159,900 euros + taxes, however Theo and the Immosol sales staff said our house was 179,000 euros because it was key ready on the 1st February 2020, we had no choice but to agree the price, so we gave the purchase deposit to Immosol and the purchase agreement stated delivery 1st february 2020.
You should also know that the sale was based on the following,
Jacuzzi On The roof , communal pool, communal gardens, internal road.
Firstly, the only work completed to 18th November 2020 (today) was the shower installed on the roof for the Jacuzzi, the rest has hardly started
and the internal road is a mess.
Apart from that the work on our house is to a very poor standard, Medlands after sales representative knew this but he did nothing to
get the developer ImmosolSpain to carry out the remedial work.
Our house today is still far from finished and no thanks to Medland,
who by the way have now black listed our messages.
I believe that Medland colluded with Immosol to Dupe us.
So, if anyone decides to buy in Spain, it is my opinion you should
think very hard on what I have stated.

This company is anything but correct, it does not stop harassing me by email. Although several times I am unsubscribed from their newsletters. I even sent them an email asking that he erase me manually, of course no answer, just more and more advertising mail.

Society to avoid absolutely. An advice ....

The sellers are nice but don't be fooled into signing / paying the deposit which they push for before you go home, get a lawyer (not Abaco as they recommend) and wait with the money until the developer is checked and approved and you have the answer most of your questions and also preferably contract. Pay deposit to client account with lawyer, not directly to Medland, the lawyer will arrange it and then you have control.

Unpresentable, rude and without masks or security measures.

Duidelijke info en geen druk ervaren. Volgend jaar eens wat gaanbekijken.
