As a self-employed person, you regularly have to deal with medi Reva in home care.
Staff are always nice on the phone but:
I have not yet been able to place an order until I have been transferred 3 times and after half an hour you are told that you will be called back.
If I stand in a palliative client should I do my order Mr. or Mrs. X but in between.
If I can, I do everything again from a wound or do nv with protective clothing.
Why not one right person equal to the line.
Many competitors can do this. Why do not you ??

Professional organization, answer questions correctly, fast delivery and well packaged. Ordering via account is also possible. Improvement point: telephone accessibility. Good customer-friendly help desk.

MediReva is just right. Clear and friendly people on the phone when I need my 2 or 3 monthly items. Sometimes I get a nurse on the line, if something has changed regarding ileostomy material, or the care of the drains, etc. Everything since 2008, when I almost went to Heaven. Emergency operations, and a lot of hassle. (So it was just a totally underestimated colitis all those 30 years). Also fracture bands, with or without hole, adapted to prolapses etc., for scar or inguinal hernia, can all be measured, usually they arrive at home. Brigitte is my favorite home nurse, a sweetheart. And everyone on the phone is always nice. MediReva, everyone there the compliments! Lovely people.

It went very well with the right people, these are Petra and Florence.
With people who know better in 1 second than what doctors break their head / almost neck about for years, that is simply not possible.
So I hope that my son will get his supplies delivered without any problems now that he lives with supervision, because nowhere else than at MediReva did I have to stand on my line like that, when a whole team of experts had given the instructions.
Answer was: NO, sometimes no up to 3 times.
I was asked strictly: give exactly all kinds of information to MediReva, no problem, could give info, down to the last detail.

At supplier for this I just said THANK you for fantastic, moving service. But they were also directly linked to the hospital. We had moved.
In Corona time, ending up in hospital is a no go & cost-aggravating measure.

Have been ordering my stuff here for 10 years now. For a lot of money! Talk about 6 numbers. Every time a reminder or phone call. About a product worth a few bucks. Do you get such a know-it-all on the line, who says that you will get them as a gesture this time. Mun hula. Then put them on the site, costs your own money. Do call if you do not order ff !!!
Benefiting financially from other's disability. Am already looking for other suppliers ...

The (most) people on the phone are friendly and the tools provided are correct. However, the company is very difficult to reach by telephone. That's why it's a shame that everything has to be arranged by telephone. It is possible to create an account but to do nothing further with it but to provide a change of address. Would be useful if, for example, you could adjust the quantities / type of aid or set up automatic delivery via this account

Received the correct number of ordered items several times. What was delivered (30 instead of 90) were loose in a box. While they can deliver in boxes of 30 pcs. If you ask for this, you are advised to buy a suitable box from the Action itself. I am now looking for another supplier. What a customer-unfriendly approach!

I am at 3 different suppliers because of my medical materials, but if I have to say which one is the best then I still come to Medireva not from most suppliers, there is always something, but at Medireva it is actually always good also the numbers etc etc correct and not everything packed separately !!!
so don't complain too soon because there are those who are a thousand times worse.
And besides that we are all people and sometimes make a mistake enjoy life and that really does not work by complaining just stay friendly then you will often be better helped than if you will shout ... it costs you extra energy can put in nicer things .... Medireva I think you will get 5 stars.

So deeply sad to experience how the administration department (telephone conversation took place at March 30th around 1400) deals with clients. My dad has had ms for 30 years, I haven't seen him walk alive. My mother will contact you today about resident cats that must be delivered, due to the current beaurocracy you are only allowed to have a limited supply. So when my dad's nurses make mistakes or my dad is in pain, blood and you want new ones, this is thwarted by medireva. Because you have to be able to work with this for X number of weeks.

Here is a reminder to the company that there are also customers in very harrowing situations, including my parents. When, like my mother, you have raised 3 children and care for / support a severely disabled man (read; feeding / getting dressed / laying in bed / getting out of bed / helping in the toilet / Everything for at least 20 years) it is the least you can do to think or cooperate a little. Providing a tiny bit of empathy for people who are already struggling, or at least to speak to people kindly.

I sincerely hope that the young lady who spoke to my mother will read this and experience this as a learning moment. Help others, be a little understanding for a situation that you clearly do not know yourself (and hopefully you will be spared) otherwise the situation would have been handled differently. The entire company may also take this advice to heart. Remember for a moment that it is a loved one of yours. You work with and FOR people, so treat them as such.
