I have no idea how the laptop repair turned out. I've been at the DPD depot for a week now. Supposedly bad delivery data. Two days ago, they wrote to me from Medion that they had corrected the data. And still nothing. So I can choose which one is lying.

Virtual wall bought for vacuum robots. When it arrived it was broken. How can you send such a part in an envelope and take 5.90 shipping ?! When I called the service about this, they wanted to send me a return label. Nothing happened for days, then I ordered a virtual wall again because you need it. This came back in such a ragged envelope (unbelievable). Fortunately it was whole. After two weeks I got a call asking whether I would just like a new one for the first wall that was defective and had been lying around with me for two weeks. After two weeks I wonder what is wrong in the company, just unbelievable! It can't be that the new order comes faster than you can hear anything from the company because of the complaint Can't recommend this company at all and we will certainly not buy the next vacuum robot or anything else. Excuses don't do anything, just do it. Very very bad service
worst company ever, This is definitely a company what you don't want met when you have an issue with you laptop. technical skills for the company is very very bad, also never saw a company where I cannot call in bz phone, and communicate just through email, and explain the exact issue to the technician, also never understood when I buy a Lenovo laptop why I should send it to medion and communicate with teleperformance. had a simple issue, after bios update the password did not work, but I was not able to explain this as the company peoples has no basic technical skills, also the communication is very strange, more seems that they don't understand the local language, always received some strange answers like the technicial will discover all this bla bla bla... ofcourse I get repaired what I did not want and where the problem wasn't like reinstall OS, The technical skills is very bad in this company :-(
