worst company ever,

worst company ever,
This is definitely a company what you don't want met when you have an issue with you laptop.
technical skills for the company is very very bad, also never saw a company where I cannot call in bz phone, and communicate just through email, and explain the exact issue to the technician, also never understood when I buy a Lenovo laptop why I should send it to medion and communicate with teleperformance.
had a simple issue, after bios update the password did not work, but I was not able to explain this as the company peoples has no basic technical skills, also the communication is very strange, more seems that they don't understand the local language, always received some strange answers like the technicial will discover all this bla bla bla... ofcourse I get repaired what I did not want and where the problem wasn't like reinstall OS,
The technical skills is very bad in this company :-(
