Medical Imaging and Therapeutics Review

I was looking forward to having Dr. Jacobson do my procedure and MRI being done at this facility. But in the course of scheduling I had the unfortunate experience with two of his staff. Katy was snarking and continually spoke over me. Not seeming to care about my needs. Then passed on to Dr Jacobson's assistant ( I believe it was Eileen.). Who told me my referral never came in, but when she actually checked it was there. I asked to leave a msg with the doctor but of course she wouldn't let me do that. And would not pass me to the office manager.

So very disappointed that this experience kept me from seeking treatment from a doctor I had immense confidence in.

My relative was a patient here and I couldn't be happier for my Aunt.
To be in pain, to live in pain is a very depressing feeling; physically and mentally.
Now she is no longer in pain and she is loving life again......

I just want to first say thank you to MIT for getting us in so quickly! My husband has been in so much pain and the Dr sent MIT a script for an MRI. We got a call within 2 hours from MIT scheduling him an appointment for the same day! They were not only able to schedule the appointment quickly, but Kayt was able to get the approval from our insurance super fast!! When we got there I was impressed by how clean the facility was! Vanessa, at the front desk was so kind, professional and accommodating! I am so appreciative of the staff making this hard time for my husband such a great experience. Thank you all!!!

First I am owner of big business in The Villages.
I had to have triple by pass surgery. After the surgery had water in my lungs. My heart doctor repeatedly told us to use water pills. The doctor also made a mistake when doing the surgery. I was in bad shape and it seemed like no one cared. Then I when to see Doctor Jacobson. Doctor Jacobson did not agree with heart doctor
And turned everything around in my health. He was very confident and positive . I had a bad infection in my lungs and my leg had ballooned in size. I did not think I was going to make it. Doctor Jacobson when to work and saved my life.

Great facility, the doctor is way ahead of of everyone else in the area. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

What a beautiful new facility. A spa like atmosphere, fully trained and licensed techs. All new equipment, this facility and it s staff are so impressive. My doctor received my report the very same day as my exam.

Doctor Jacobson saved my wife life. If you ask all the professional doctor in area . Who is the best doctor in the area. Every one of them says Doctor Mark Jacobson . My doctor could not find out what was wrong with her. If not for Doctor Jacobson finding out what was wrong with her . She would not be alive today.

The care that Dr Jacobson provided my aunt was absolutely phenomenal! Many other doctors were hesitant to do the procedure that needed to be done, but Dr Jacobson was confident, extremely talented, and ultimately able to care for her in a way that no one else could! I highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark Jacobson and his team. I was diagnosed with cancer and needed to have a port installed. Dr. Jacobson explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. The facility is spotless and the nurses are so kind and considerate. When my cancer treatments were over, I had to go to have my port removed. I returned to Dr. Jacobson and he did another outstanding job of removing my port. I wouldn t go to anyone else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Jacobson. You won t be sorry.
