They did a laboratory test for my wife back in January, I reviewed by insurance page and it said that the procedure was considered experimental so they would not cover it. I have been waiting to be hit with the several hundred dollars bill so I decided to call the billing department to ask what happened. I was told that they would not penalize the patient in those situations so I would not receive a bill from them. Those were excellent news. The only thing I would probably change is that I would like to have received a notice from them stating this so I would have known before and not have to worry about it.

I didn't have to deal with customer service much as I paid everything online. However, I can say that the website to pay gives you no information. It doesn't let you have an account to be able to see your balance, payments made, etc. I didn't get receipts unless I called and asked for it. I hated having to pay on this bill because of the website so I paid it off early last month. After going back through my records I noticed that I overpaid. I called customer service ,which I had no issues with the service, and was advised that I had over paid by $40 OVER A MONTH AGO. I was never notified of this by phone, email, or mail. If I had not have called I would have never got that money back which is sad. I feel like that is theft from the consumer. No telling how many people just pay it and lose money to this company due to this reason. I hope that I don't have to deal with them again because of how the website it set up and that they would have kept money that I did not owe them if I had not called.

ZERO STARS if I could...honestly this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Their customer service and billing department are totally useless - I spoke with 1 person (Melalia - I am sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) who was actually good at their job in customer service, everyone else either was rude or gave inaccurate information. I realize that I have very little say in the matter, but if I am ever given the choice of what lab my bloodwork will be sent to - it will not be Medical Diagnostic Laboratories. I gave one star because the last person who was actually helpful responded in a manner that actually resolved the issue rather than argue with me further about their internal processes.

I received the bill - they ran 9 unnecessary lab tests for a total of 12. I have tried to get this corrected and called numerous people. They all give me the go around saying there is nothing they can do the labs were ran. This is medical malpractice! To run labs unnecessarily then charge insurance who then charge me!

I've been dealing with these people since March 20...

I've been dealing with these people since March 2018. They sent me a bill, which I paid for with the wrong credit card (mastercard). I immediately called them and asked if I could pay with a different card instead (HSA). They said I could, but I would have to wait to be refunded from my mastercard until the manager was in on Monday. They called me a few weeks later to say everything was taken care of, but it wasn't, because they refunded my HSA, not the mastercard.
We go back and forth for weeks to get the issue resolved, but they never refunded my mastercard.

The manager never calls me to resolve the issue, she makes the people beneath her do it. So now (8 months later) I get a letter telling me they've sent my bill to collections. How? This bill as been paid for 8 months? I'm waiting for someone to return my call, and filing a complaint with the BBB in the mean time.

You can't get ahold of anyone. Their phones are messed up and I just kept getting hung up on after using several different phones. I finally got ahold of one guy who kept yelling he can't hear me then quickly hung up. I got a second notice for a bill I already paid and can't get anyone to help.

I'd also like to add the email address in the receipt is not a real email address. I literally can't get ahold of anyone. The email just kept knocking back as "address not found." This place is a scam.

Excellent experience! Customer service was excellent- it was easy to call in and pay my bill which was detailed out and easy to understand in terms of break down of costs and services etc.

I tend to believe, that on average when people leave negative reviews it is often not the full and accurate portrayal of things- such as the negative review I read where the woman complained she provided "the wrong credit card" to billing and then went on to rant about how terrible and incompetent THEY were.

As someone who runs a business with my husband- perhaps the general public doesn't understand with their me centered attitude that if they make a mistake or misunderstand something it's not really appropriate or fair to then blame the company providing a product or service. Yet I see this countless times in countless reviews- where people are simply venting and refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes or misconceptions- it seems to be a common theme- lack of individual accountability- instead they jump online, leave a nasty or negative review- hiding behind their keyboard spewing negativity- I find this cowardly and a sad commentary in general on the nature of human beings.
