Was there to pick up (click and collect) new AirPods and had to wait for a longer time while the staff searched for it. But the lady was funny I was in a good mood. So everything was fine.

Bit crazy, because the part is indeed cheaper if I order ... futile, the seller refers to the rule that the article must be available immediately. Funny: a much smaller chain undercuts the price of Amazon one day later (discovered by accident) - bought and pleased.
Important in both cases: no counseling used, no complicated discussions, I'm not a exchanger - only the price was the sticking point - and my desire is broken shopping there. 1 1/2 weeks ago, we visited this market to buy a LED TV, "buy" and not "just look", and I think that would have to feel a good seller / could!
But first of all we were helpless and helpless, we went through the huge TV department. There were not that many customers, and we were expecting the early arrival of a client advisor, but it was not.

At the end of the department stood on a board TV`s with provisional price tag, which looked like "exhibitors / bargains".
When I asked an older, small media market employee for information, it was just me, "they are still calculated", and went away. The summit was a little later when I was just reading the data / price tag of a television that just that little guy with a couple of customers showed up, and the sign turned in my face to those out!

When we found a suitable television after a detailed search, a "seller in civilian clothes" quickly made the bill for picking up the goods clear. And looked in his PC, the part was then even 50 euros cheaper than posted on the exhibit.

I have already bought some things in this market, but because of the customer friendliness (rudeness!) I would not go there. Thus, I limit myself internally that there is just a huge selection of Elektronica and you can find almost everything you need.

If I was a market manager there, I would blame my staff for saying that the "customer is king" and they live on paying buyers! One or the other there would certainly need an intensive course!

I was visiting Munich as tourist and bought a Samsung Tab A Tablet for my mother as birthday gift. In my opinion the best place to get electronics at, everything from phones, over headsets all the way to laptop, I got all of that here.

The service is nothing short of amazing, they will give competent advice on what to buy and it never feels like they are trying to push you towards buying something, they are very professional in that regard.
Customer service in situations of warranty and similar are just as good.
My headset's cable broke and they gave me a replacement without any hassle.

The staff is so great in fact that the guy who sold me my laptop earlier this year recognized me and inquired about how it's been serving me and if I had any issues (which of course I didn't have)

I wanted to buy a case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab s5 at Media Markt in "Einstein" in Munich today. Here I chose the original Samsung case for this model on the market. The written price of 59.99 seemed very high to me - also in view of the fact that the same product is sold on Amazon for 39.99. But since I have enjoyed shopping at Media Markt for years, i.a. Because I appreciate the large selection and I want to support the retail trade (currently especially in the Corona frame), I decided to buy this case.
At checkout I was then told that this case costs 79.99 and that I had made a mistake. I was also warned that the case could possibly be the case with the keyboard, which was not true. The long-time saleswoman at the checkout (which I already knew from numerous visits in the past) told me that I could go up 2 floors again and look at the price again. I told her that the price was right and that I would no longer go upstairs, but that she should reassure herself by phone that it was true. After she tried several times to tell me that the price was 79.99, I was advised that I would not have to buy this product from you if I did not like the price.
At this point I didn't know what to say anymore, because I thought that I could actually support Media Markt with this "expensive" purchase. I also pointed out to the seller that the item on Amazon only costs 39.99 and that there is certainly an error in the product labeling. She didn't care and she sent me away.
