I was visiting Munich as tourist and bought a Samsung Tab A Tablet for my mother as birthday gift. To her unfortunate surprise, when she opened the sealed box, the device inside was already used and worse yet, does not allow to make a clean reset with her account. What are we supposed to do now? :(
