They are professionals, and know what they are doing. I sent them 13 really old VHS tapes (recorded in Europe; some PAL, some NTSC), and they did a great job converting them to digital according to my specifications.
I sent in my cassette tape to be repaired and didn't get anything back for a long time. I sent in a contact email to ask about the status and didn't get a reply. I just got back the package as undeliverable. Their address is not recognized by USPS. Don't waste your time and money.
Shipped some old tapes out for rewinding. Took a bit but came back and was worth it! Will consider again for sure.
They recently transferred an old audio cassette to CD and an old VHS to DVD. They did an excellent job! I had one issue and they resolved it immediately to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!
Saved my memories by fixing both cassette 1980's Mixed-Tapes that I had thrown in the trash and then said, why not... try this company. Not too expensive. A little later I received a package in the mail with both tapes completely restored. Thank you Media Mojo!

The tape transfer was done very professionally. They also have some of the cheapest prices for professional tape transfers that I've seen around!
I had gotten my tape transferred that was in the PAL format. (tapes recorded in most of Europe, Asia, right half of South America, and right half of Africa, to name a few places).
If you need a vhs tape transferred to a digital format in either NSTC or PAL, these guys will get the job done right!
